Our luxurious air-conditioned villa is a true home away from home situated in the prestigious Silver Creek area. Its position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. Silver creek is located 1 mile north along highway 27 after the junction with the 192. The villa is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or to simply relax by the south facing pool/spa and enjoy the sunshine and the views over the lake.

The accommodation, with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, is ideal for two families sharing. The comfortable great room/lounge is equipped with a 55” led television, and provides guests with a pleasant area to relax in comfort after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including - large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal + all utensils and crockery.

The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. They ensure that the villa is fully cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. You can contact them by phone or in person at the office which is located a few minutes away.

Un petit peu loin des activitĂ©s : Disney, Universal: 40 minutes et 1h30 de la Crystal river mais l’endroit vaut le dĂ©tour.

The house was exactly as we expected. It was very clean and met all our needs. Communication with Joanne was easy and she was very attentive. We were very happy that we were able to use the spa, but the November temperatures were a little too cool to use the pool. The only thing we feel the house could use is a Keurig machine.

VILLA CLEAN WITH ALL THE FACILITIES AS LISTED. HOT TUB REALLY HOT ONCE WARMED. OVERALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. VERY CLOSE TO THE WALMART AND THE 'CAT CAFE' DOWN THE ROAD, (ASSUMING YOU LOVE CATS). Fantastic Orlando villa stay!

Stayed 2 weeks at this lovely villa!. Very spacious inside. Great swimming pool, which was nice and warm. Perfect view of the lake! A great place to sit to eat or chill outside. Check in at the villa was clearly detailed. And the owners are very responsive if needed. Would stay again :)

This was our third time at the villa. Another fantastic trip. Villa spotlessly clean as usual and the location, overlooking the lake, is so peaceful. The villa is close enough to the parks but very relaxing by the pool. Needed to call the management team and their response was great.

The house was in a lovely area overlooking a small lake. The facilitities were exactly as advertised. The pool & spa were lovely. We loved the pool heat especially when using it in the morning. A tranquil place to unwind but not too far from the theme parks.We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. Downtown Clermont is a nice place to visit too.

We stayed at the house, it was very nice. Probably the best thing about staying at a house when visiting Disney is the space and privacy which there is. The pool was very nice and the second floor gives the children a place of their own.
