The spacious screened lanai with outdoor patio furniture gives everyone a comfortable place to enjoy the view and spend time together.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
