Pros: No additional fee for parking while most of the hotels charge parking fee. Easy to find parking. Hot Breakfast is great with juice and coffee. Very close to all theme parks. Desk is polite. Cons: AC is pretty noisy. In the middle of night around 2:30am their alert sounded lasting for 15 mins and woke us up due to their system issue.

A Delightful Stay at This Location

A Delightful Stay at This Location This location was ideal, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The lobby was inviting, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They also provided valuable information about free parking for Marriott members, as well as complimentary shuttle and Lyft services for those not using the shuttle for a return trip. Room Comfort and Amenities The room itself was spacious, featuring a separate living area with a large screen TV. It was clean and comfortable, with convenient amenities in the bathroom, including soap, shower gel, and hair products. Although we only stayed for two nights, our room was cleaned, which was a nice touch. Upon request, I received two blankets without any hassle, showcasing their excellent service. Breakfast Experience The customer service here was the best I've experienced in a hotel, hands down. Breakfast was warm and satisfactory, offering a wide range of hot and cold options. I recommend heading down early, as it can get quite crowded after 8:00 AM. Minor Drawbacks While there were a few drawbacks—specifically, the air conditioning was noisy, the water temperature didn't reach my preference, and the rooms felt a bit dated—the overall experience was enjoyable.

I didn't like the annoying concierge lady. We were on the road for 6 hours and first thing we were greeted by as someone was trying to sell us something. The rooms are clean but they are so old you have to keep the AC 60 not to smell the malt. The front desk lady and housekeeper were nice.

Items were taken out of my room! A black purse with electronic items were left in my room. Maintenance and house keeping were in my room that day and now my items are gone! I spoke to the front desk, they were not overly helpful. Searched my room and couldn’t find anything. Told me they couldn’t do anything u til manager showed up 2 hours later. I have a flight to catch so I asked the front desk to have the manager call me asap. 45 min after the manager was supposed to come in, no body called me. I called and the manager has no idea of the incident. She was supposed to send me a list/stolen item form. Over an hour later, she didn’t. I called again and she said she didn’t realize I wanted it right away. There’s an urgency there because it’s my purse! I still have not received the form to fill out. I’m also filing a police report. Staff are not helpful.
