Met our needs perfectly. I treated my 2 young-adult kids and their significant others to a trip to Universal Studios. This townhouse was only 25 minutes away. 3 full bathrooms meant nobody was waiting to shower, and having a kitchen where we could havr breakfast & pack lunches helped us save on the cost of food at the park

Townhome is in a good location and easy to get to. It was clean and spacious. One drawback for us was that I had to provide all of my personal information and credit card information again to the property management as a pre check in , even though I had already completed this with VRBO.

The rooms were not vacuumed. We found dirt and garbage like fake eyelashes. There was no provided QR code for the gate. We had to stop at the guard gate every time. No over head lights in bedrooms. One of the lamps didn’t work in the master. There was soap in some bathrooms but not all. The TVs didn’t have directions and it was difficult to figure out. Finally got the living room one to work for the little kids to watch cartoons. A pool maintenance person showed up and we did not know this was going to happen. Windows were open and people were exposed to strangers. This was frustrating. Even a hey they come around this time on this day would have saved worry and upset.

July Stay

Check in process was great and location was very convenient. The kitchen had enough cookware and the space was good. However the biggest disappointment was the SMELL of rotten fish. I contacted management numerous times during our stay, and they were never able to fix this problem. We went out and bought numerous air fresheners and baking soda to help with the smell coming from the refrigerator. Our food even tasted like the rotten fish as we were eating it. This was the biggest disappointment of the entire stay. Very unfortunate that we were “unlucky” to have stayed at a property that smelled so bad.

Week Long Stay with 2/families

House was as described with plenty of room for 2 families. 4 adults and 4 kids. There were stains on the couch and the utensil drawer was broke and it fell off and landed on my husbands foot. I did message the property owner and they said they would take care of it. Please note that there is nothing extra, as noted in the description but also no extra blankets, linens, etc. I’ve always stayed in rentals that had extras and this one had the bare minimum. It was a good neighborhood, close to everything and the water park was nice!

Excellent location and House

The house and location were excellent. Close to major attractions and offers some great amenities. The property manager was great to work with and the check-in process was smooth. While the house was cleaned the floors could have been swept more thoroughly. We also discovered a large wet spot on the carpet upstairs. There was also no propane for the grill. Thankfully the Property manager was quick to address all these issues. Despite those minor notes, the overall experience was great. Would book again.
