The host really tried but there are some serious issues with this property. Some of them are out of the host's control. I will say that the host tried to fix the issues and was very kind. Even offering to let us find another place to stay. So, the hosts desrve 5 stars but the unit does not. The smell was the first problem we encountered. It was most present in the unit but was present in the area of the unit. We could not identify the smell or its origin.The furniture and fixtures were not in great shape. From old and dirty light switches, to a badly rusting washing machine. The beds were a mixed bag of very nice and very, very hard. With a few fixes this would be a great spot and the nosts are amazing.

The condo was great..we spent most days out at parks. Great overall experience. Think the host needs to update the furniture and pillows...the couch pillows have feathers coming out.. and couch cushion are really getting the use. Would definitely recommend the condo. 3 bedroom condo great place to stay.

Great Stay for Disney at Windsor Hills!Our stay at this fantastic villa in Windsor Hills was nearly perfect for our Disney World trip. The incredible proximity to the parks was a huge advantage, making it super easy to get there and back.The villa itself was comfortable and well-maintained.

Loved the condo and the owner was very helpful when we could not figure out how to open the door and then 30 mins later they sent a video with how to close it, the instructions I think may have been for an older lock. The only other issue was the guest staying above us were either elephants or had multiple toddlers who did not have a bed time as they were up at 2-4am stomping and then back awake at 8am .
