Kitchen had everything for cooking and cleaning. Comfy couches and beds. Only "difficulty" was getting the pool heating system to work. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The house is very large and modern. It seems new. Little private pool must be nice in aummer, cold now. The only thing was the a/c unit had difficulty fully cooling the house. Will be letting the host know. We were overall very happy.

Perfect option for an extended stay in Orlando

The property was great and had a lot of space and amenities (we are a family of four). Good location too - about 30 minutes from the Disney parks and 35-40 from the Universal parks. Price was good too especially when compared against an extended stay at a hotel (we were in Orlando for 6 nights). Definitely worth considering.

This home was absolutely fantastic. It fit my family of 6 just right. We left our stroller at home, but luckily there were a few baby amenities on the property, like a stroller! The home was very clean! The host is easy to communicate with and very pleasant. I'd book again!

It was okay.

The home had a lot of things that we didn't need because we didn't have very young children. I am sure it would be great for people with toddlers. There was a pack and play available among other items. The house fell short in other area. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms. Only wash cloths and bath towels. There were no pool towels. There were no steak knives, scissors, pot holders, kitchen towels or soup size spoons. There were tiny spoons and a couple of regular size spoons. The living area was dark unless you opened the blinds. There is no coffee or end tables. The blinds in the sliding door are very difficult to open and not in good working order. Did the house meet our needs, yes but it needs a lot of work.

Great place!

We really loved it here and had a great time at the clubhouse. The first floor bedroom worked perfect for my elderly mother. The owner was very responsive and check in was so easy and the gate attendant was so nice to us. It was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back next year.

Just right for our family of 7. One bedroom downstairs, 3 more on 2nd floor. 1 full bath downstairs accessible to all. 2 more full baths on 2nd floor. Full kitchen, washer and dryer were very convenient. Near groceries, Walgreens and Walmart.

Golf trip

Problem with the air conditioning in the beginning and the host was very responsive and quick to address the issue. The accommodations were clearly lacking in several areas. The lighting in the home was harsh, bright and uncomfortable. The beds were very hard and difficult to sleep in. There was only the barest of utensils in the kitchen. No coffee table in the living room. No lighting in the living room. The icemaker have been turned off and no instructions or advice about such. The stove was challenging to use because of low heat. It appears this location was entirely meant to move people in and out at the minimal expense to the host.

Comfortable and Convenient

Very comfortable and convenient for our trip to Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Spacious and well appointed. Lower suite and bathroom need a little attention. Toilet needed some repair. Could use room darkening curtains/shades due to street lamp outside. Extra blanket and pillows as well. Overall a very nice property.

A very comfortable, spacious home in which we were all very comfortable. Enclosed swimming pool was a nice touch. Host Jeyme was very accessible. Being in a gated community made us feel secure and safe.
