I booked this property because the listing showed it was close to the hotel where my child had dance convention. However, the actual property was over 12 miles away, adding more than 40 minutes to our commute each morning. The listing also failed to disclose that the unit is on the second floor. As someone with a disability, climbing the unstable, wobbly stairs every day was extremely difficult and felt unsafe.The home's condition was disappointing. The dishwasher contained mold and roaches when we arrived, and we killed numerous roaches throughout our stay. It was obvious the home had not been properly cleaned. The kitchen was not "fully equipped" as advertised—there was no toaster, only one sheet pan, no microwave-safe bowls, and not even a sponge. We were also left with only two partially used rolls of toilet paper, a nearly empty paper towel roll, and no washcloths.Several blinds were broken, making the home extremely hot, and I had to purchase window coverings myself. The kitchen table was unstable, one twin bed blocked the closet, and there was no broom or mop.I also never received a UPS package after following the host's delivery instructions because it was placed in a locked mailbox I couldn't access.Overall, the property did not match the listing. Between the misleading location, undisclosed stairs, cleanliness and pest issues, missing amenities, and safety concerns, this stay was very disappointing.
