Yes the place it’s organized and clean as described. But the bed mattress are uncomfortable for who is visiting parks needs a great night of sleep to recover from the park stressful day. The swimming pool was not heated and I only knew after I got there and as well there was another fee for having it heated per day as well a gate access fee which I think this should all being included on booking time. Needs better Ktichen hood cooking smells stays in the house. Other than that was ok stay and could be great with small changes!

Clean property at a great location

We really enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was clean, and the house was very spacious. We primarily stayed to spend 4 days at Disney World. The house was conveniently close to the parks. My children enjoyed the pool on our rest day. We were glad that pool towels were provided. Things that I liked: small toiletries were provided in each bathroom, dish soap was provided, extra kitchen trash bags were included, each bedroom and both living areas had a tv, and the washing machine had a large capacity.My kids enjoyed the air hockey table, but the garage is not air-conditioned. The hot air in the garage was great for air-drying our ponchos and stroller, though!The filtered water and ice from the fridge were great, too. The soaker tub was divine after an exhausting Disney day. The furnishings were nice, but one of the couches did have a tear in it. The couch set nearest the pool was very nice, and we loved the built-in USB charging.I would definitely stay again!

Good place to stay

This is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Be prepared to bring everything you need to cook. It is a barebones kitchen. The only pantry items were coffee filters and some salt and pepper. Enough detergent for 1 load in the dishwasher. No more. They charge for a pass to let you through the gate.

Great house- NEED TO UPDATE MATTRESSES

The property was great and my family had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the two master suites (king bedroom and queen bedroom) mattresses were almost un-sleepable due to the poor quality in the springs jamming into your back throughout the night.

Great house and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and just 15-20 minutes from the Disney parks. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended.

We loved it here!

The neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities at the clubhouse were great! The house itself was exactly as described, it was honestly way more house than we needed for 4 but we got a ton of use out of the pool and enjoyed playing air hockey. We loved seeing the armadillos and a heron around the neighborhood as well, not something we ever see back home. Highly recommended!

This property has lots of space, and is close to Disney. Check in was easy and the property manager was excellent to work with. Everything that you need is included. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious. We pool area was very clean. Master bedroom need a new mattress. Needs new cookware. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Nice neighborhood. I wouls stay again if they replace the msdter bedroom mattress
