The Hideaway Villa is a luxury vacation home near all the fun of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

We offer an inspiring oasis for families with beautiful living areas, a media and game room, five bedrooms and bathrooms, and more. Out on the patio, swim in the pool or soak in our hot tub. And bask in the Florida sunshine.

The Space:

GREAT LOCATION NEAR THEME PARKS

The Hideaway Villa is located in a gated vacation home community in Kissimmee, Florida. We are tucked away from the crowds of Orlando while still being just a few miles from all the theme park fun:



☀ SeaWorld Orlando – 5.2 miles

☀ Disney World theme parks – 6.5 to 9.6 miles

☀ Universal Studios theme parks – 9.7 miles



Additionally, Orlando International Airport is 11.2 miles away.



COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Within our neighborhood, a clubhouse and impressive resort amenities are just half a mile away. Choose among swimming pools, a splash pad and water slides. Or sand volleyball, mini golf and a half basketball court. And don’t miss the spectacular lazy river. There’s also an ice cream shop and tiki bar, plus a man-made lake where you can rent kayaks. While most amenities are free, there is a charge for some like mini golf and kayak rentals.



PATIO & BACKYARD

Back at the villa, our patio is a fun spot for your whole family. Take a cool morning dip in our swimming pool, or grab noodles and arm floaties for pool time with the kids. You can also watch a show or “dive-in” movie from the nearby TV. This is also the place to grill out and eat together as vibrant sunsets color the sky. And once the kids are in bed, unwind in our hot tub with a frozen daiquiri (or two) in hand.



For your comfort, we provide a child safety fence for the pool area and a screen around the entire patio to keep bugs away. And just beyond the patio, kids can roam around and play in our grassy backyard and side yard.



LIVING, KITCHEN & DINING AREAS

Inside, our open-concept living, kitchen and dining area is a comfy place to slow down and hang out.



The living room invites you to relax among a neutral color palette with pops of rich, royal blue. Plush sofas, blue suede chairs and ottomans give you plenty of space to gather around – whether for morning cartoons or movie night. Other features include sliding glass doors which open to the patio. And a ceiling that soars two stories high.



Over in the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to whip up healthy kids’ snacks or home-cooked dinners. This area is spacious, with generous counter space and lots of white cabinets. It also has top-notch appliances and an island with gray leather bar stools. A few steps away, our dining table comfortably seats six beneath a glass sphere chandelier.



MEDIA & GAME ROOM

Our media and game room has purple and black walls that evoke a ‘90s video arcade. Watch the big game from the leather loveseat or play air hockey with the cool factor of LED lighting. We also have a game table for cards, Monopoly, Sorry!, Connect 4 and more.



FAMILY LOUNGE

A lounge on the second floor overlooks the living room – offering another cozy spot for your family. From yellow chairs and a Sputnik chandelier to an orange wall, pillows and ottomans, this space has personality. Two smart TVs mean you can watch multiple sports games. Or the kids can plug in their Xbox game consoles for some screen time. There is also a desk by the window in here for any work remote needs.



5 BEDROOMS

Our five bedrooms are filled with sweet touches that make you feel at home. Three rooms for adults have elegant beds with headboards and windows that bring in natural light. Plus all these amenities: Bedside tables and lamps, artwork, colorful throw pillows, chandeliers or ceiling fans, and smart TVs. Kids have their pick among two adorable Disney-themed rooms: Mickey Mouse and Animal Kingdom.

Please note: Our villa sleeps up to 12 guests.



5 FULL BATHROOMS

Our two master bedrooms have gorgeous en suite bathrooms. And the other three bedrooms are right by three separate bathrooms. Elevated features include ceramic tile, plush rugs, pendant lights and abstract artwork. We also have four bathtubs, giving you lots of options for evening bath time with the kids.



For each bathroom, we provide toiletry starter kits that have toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also supply two sets of towels for each guest (bath, hand and face).

Guest Access:

You have private access to The Hideaway Villa and all amenities during your stay. You can access our home any time with our secure, keyless entry.



ARRIVAL & PARKING

As our villa is in a gated resort community, please give your photo ID and our address to the security guard. Once your reservation is verified, you will receive a pass to display on your windshield for in and out access.



We have parking for one car in our driveway, and there is plenty of parking across the street in front of the townhomes.



The Neighborhood:

Looking for more fun? Spend the day at the Storey Lake Clubhouse for free! The clubhouse offers swimming pools, a lazy river, fitness center, adult beverages and more!



Enjoy a carefree Orlando vacation in your very own private home that sleeps 12!



Located in the heart of Disney World Area. Shops, Outlets, Major Parks and Restaurants are within a short distance by car. Fast food and grocery store are just outside the neighborhood entrance.



This property provides first rate amenities and a private pool (small size) nestled in the backyard.



The house is only 3 years old and offers a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, wine glasses, all the cookware and dinnerware you could need. Free Internet Access (WiFi), Cable Tv, Dinning Room Area, Living Room, Bedding, Pool & Bath towels and more! Along with the neighborhood waterslide, large pools, lazy river ride, beach volleyball, putt putt golf (mini golf), and kayak rental.

Getting Around:

Golf cart pick-up is available in the resort to get back and forth from the resort pool and other amenities.



Other Things to Note:

There is a $250 cleaning fee. The property is thoroughly cleaned using COVID protocols before and after each stay. There is also a damage waiver fee assessed.



AGE REQUIREMENT

To book The Hideaway Villa, the primary renter must be at least 21 years old. This person must stay at the villa and is responsible for all other guests.



RENTAL AGREEMENT

Signing our rental agreement is required to complete your booking. We will share this agreement through email.



WELCOME GUIDEBOOK

You will receive a welcome guidebook a few days before your arrival that contains all the house and neighborhood information you will need.



CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. We will process your payment the day of check-in and send you a code to access the villa.
