The property is in a good location, although the hotel right next door looks sketchy. It’s close to a lot of attractions. The only thing that we weren’t happy with was parking. Apparently the parking lot isn’t big enough for all the guest to park so we were told to park in a field next to the hotel. For some that may not be an issue but the field has what looks like concrete and looks super bumpy and our vehicle is very low to the ground and wouldn’t make it though the bumps nor do we want to damage the underside of our vehicle. Outside of that, the stay was great. If you find a parking spot, I suggest not leaving unless you walk once it’s dark to avoid you having to park in the field.

Close to parks

The AC wouldn’t work with the wall thermostat had to be done only by manually turning on the AC, which we did not know at the beginning. Also, the stand that’s in between the beds was broken off the wall. It’s kind of hanging at an angle. And the shower curtain did not close all the way to the floor would get wet as the shower rod appear to be bent down. We also had to call someone to help us with the shower because the knob was so tight. We cannot get it loose to turn it on.

Roach race

Although the hotel was clean and comfortable, my daughter was freaked out when she noticed two roaches crawling on the wall near our open luggage. I ended up being on guard observing the roaches movements while I held her and watched her sleep. I called the front desk, and I was put in a waiting room. I hung up because it was the middle of the and I was exhausted from our six hour drive. The front desk manager said he could give me five points towards my IHG rewards account. I couldn’t even find them to kill them. I recorded the roaches for my records. Also after paying a deposit for the night, I was also informed that I had to pay $16 to park in the parking lot for the night.
