Beautiful home with some minor hiccups

This home was just like the pictures on the site, so you won’t be disappointed! Check in was also easy upon arrival. The home was spacious and a awesome location to not only the club house but to Disney! What is disappointing is the upkeep of the home itself. It’s the little things that matter and need to be taken care of on a more consistent basis. For example if previous comments support broken furniture, why is the same furniture still broken and not fixed? Why is the carpet still stained? Why is the outside grill still not clean? I did express my thoughts to the property management and hopefully they will listen and make sure those things are addressed. But overall my family enjoyed the home and our time in Florida!

Perfect Home for our Vacation

The house was just as advertised and in the pictures! The kids loved the Mickey Mouse and Star Wars bedrooms. The garage game room was fun and the grown ups loved the pool table. Fishing for negatives.... one of the archcade games didn't work, carpet needed cleaning and the couch has seen better days but who cares !! There was so much to love about it!

Multi Generation Family Vaca

We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The location couldn’t be beat to the water park. The kids loved the park. Just a few minute walk. We had 4 generations. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved that all rooms had their own baths. We did have MANY small maintenance issues but Jeeves was very Accommodating in getting things fixed and replaced. No hot water in our Jack and Jill bathroom shower. Only one trash can instead of two. No propane tank for the grill. The frame of our sectional couch was busted from the previous renters. (did not affect us sitting on the couch, they will be replacing when we leave) We didn’t have internet the last One and a half days. Therefore no tv for kids. To name just a few. Just a couple of recommendations. For such a big kitchen (two refrigerators and two dishwashers )The kitchen is well equipped with dishes both plastic and glass but not very well equipped with pots, bowls, glassware and plastic ware for serving and setting out food and storing leftovers. Also could use another table and chairs outdoors. One is just not enough to accommodate the 18 people this house allows. And who doesn’t want to eat outside on vacation? Even with all the issues, Overall the house was awesome.

First Class all the Way-House better then Photos

What a lovely home. I chose this home very carefully

I wanted double fridge and dish washers, a good mix of twin beds, king and queen, a large pool, grill, pool not fenced in, resort fees included, nice decor, Jeeves management- because they are fast, and away from the roads. This house met and many times exceeded my expectations. The few things we found were either quickly fixed, or at least acknowledged that we did not break them, and would not be charged. (Includes a hole in a door, and wine cooler on second floor). My family was so impressed that several booked the home for future trips before they left. I was really impressed with the outdoor kitchen, - way better than expected. And the fire pit. Plus there is an outdoor shower and powder room that were bonuses I wasn’t expecting. The house and grounds are very well maintained. You won’t go wrong booking this. I did book an extra day so I could stock the house before guests came. That made it very relaxing.

Family Staycation

My family and I enjoyed the stay the neighborhood was quiet, the home was exactly how it was presented in the listing, the home was very clean and nicely decorated, only issue was the hot tub, which only worked for 6 hours out of the 3 days we stayed, other than that small issue, the stay was great, I would definitely book again.

Plenty to do

I paid for the pool heat, but they didn’t turn it on prior to arrival. There was no house book, i asked for one, but it never arrived. The wifi password was not given, had to call the property manager. House was very clean and furnished well. Several tv remotes were missing for the smart tv’s. Main road to enter resort is very busy. They don’t tell you that you need to stop at the clubhouse to get a gate card, make sure to do that first. Overall it was a good stay.
