I would recommend going to a different hotel this is okay if there’s nothing better parking is 27 dollars a day ! Which that money can go to a better hotel that doesn’t charge for parking I initially got this place for location and “free breakfast “ which you end up paying for in parking. Next time I’ll stay in Kissimmee and just drive better hotels there

The hotel was clean and very nice but the $27 a day for parking for people staying at the hotel is very ridiculous

The pet are was non existent. Would be nice to have an area for pets. Also the pool closed at 7 on our second night for maintenance. Disappointing as we did not have time first night. It should have been closed at 10 allowing guests the use for that day once getting back from Orlando activities of the day. Otherwise great stay. Awesome staff, very nice people.

Rooms are musty and wet upon arrival. Breakfast options have gotten better, kitchen staff are very nice. Check in staff need to put their phones away when on the clock, check in took way longer than it was supposed to. It was okay.

The kitchen is well set up and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also does a fantastic job. This is a great place to stay, especially with family.

Came back to a note in our room telling us there was a problem with the room and we’ll have to move. It’s after midnight and they expected us to pack all of our things, come downstairs to get a new room key and then lug everything back upstairs to the new room. And, when we asked for them to bring us the new room key we were told no we had to be out of the old room before they would give us a new room. On top of that, our food delivery service was not allowed to deliver directly to our room as we paid for so we had to come back downstairs to get it. Most of the outlets in our room were barely functioning. I tried 7 outlets before I found one that I could use for my CPAP machine, one across the room for my phone charger that kept going in and out and another on the opposite side to charge my watch. On top of that the pool and something else was closed and we were told we could go across the street to another hotel if we wanted to swim. They gave me a bag of hi-chews and two bottles of water for the inconveniences. Staff was polite at least.

We never had hot water during our weekend stay it was cool to look warm at the warmest temperature. After our first night, we reported this to the front desk staff but the temperature never changed. We had to get clean towels from a housekeeping cart in the hallway because we could not get Our request fulfilled for towels for the room otherwise. The fans and the AC unit in the room were extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. The hotel staff basically disregarded our concerns. I canceled a reservation at the Renaissance to stay here to save a little bit of money, but that was a very bad mistake. When I asked for some type of credit for the poor experience, that was also disregarded. I will never stay at a Homewood suites again.
