When we were able to check in, our room wasn’t ready so they competed us with an upgrade, one room was a king size bedroom. The other was a king size suite. Beautiful rooms, very clean and beds were very comfortable. Throughout our stay we wanted to go to the pool as much as we could. The pool area was very disappointing. It says online that the pool is heated, and same with the hot tub. Also that the sip and snack snack is open daily…. To our surprise, none of that is true. The pool & hot tub were freezing cold not even like warm. That was very disappointing. Our group and several others complained to the front desk, they said maintenance was working on it. This was our second day, we were there for 5 days. It wasn’t fixed the whole time we were there. Went up to the sip and snack shack to at least get some drinks and food. It was closed. Out of all the days we were there, it was open two times, a couple hours each time. When it was time to check out, everything went smooth, the staff was very kind and nice. I got home and a couple days later got a charge to my card saying I paid extra for the room upgrade. It was supposed to be complementary. Called them and sorted it out, got my money back for the extra charge. Other than that, great location, friendly staff, and nice rooms. Would stay there again if they had the pool and hot tub heater working. And the sip and snack shack was open.

Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in a recently renovated room, which was nicely appointed. The beds were very comfy and they had several pillows with varying firmness. The pool and spa were clean and had plenty of lounging space available. The outdoor space and available games were great. There was a nice bar with a great variety of options. I used the coffee shop daily. I only have one negative comment - the info provided on the website regarding shuttle to Universal Studios is misleading and should be updated. While there is a shuttle, arrangements must be made in advance and the availability is very limited.

During my stay the hotel had experienced water damage that causes rooms that were booked to be not available. the hotel did offer free parking to help with the inconvenience. The hotel room didn't have microwaves and my grandparents room didn't have heat until they moved them to another floor the last two days of our trip. The hotel doesn't have vegetarian options for lunch which was an disappointment. Also house keeping doesn't leave toilet paper or tissues. Staff was friendly but they need a little work.

Service was excellent. We called for various requests to our room during our 8 night stay and they didnt hesitate to accommodate our requests. They also have a lot of cool anemities like a starbucks on the main floor, arcade, bar to relax in and a little shop for your necessities. Amazing experience, will hopefully be staying there in the future.

I had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed in the jr suite. And the blanket was so skimpy, I ask for another. Also, the pool was not heated at all the night of the 24th. Completely unable to use.

Sadly they listed a shuttle service for the parks but it was not through their hotel but an outside service you have to sign up for two days in advance and their return trips were only offered at 3:45 pm and 6:45 pm, hours before the parks actually close.
