Good hotel.

Hotel is a bit dated and the elevator went down during the stay forcing us to walk the stairs to get to our 5th floor room. It happens but was inconvenient. Staff were very friendly. We were unable to get our room refreshed 2 days in a row despite our asking for it because they came around 4:30 pm each day, soon after we had returned from being out all day. That was frustrating.

Nice accommodations and convenient location! Wish parking was included, especially since park shuttle only happens twice a day. Room was very comfortable and spacious, VERY loud outside though, I know due to location but I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area without issue, even against the interstate. Overall, I’d probably stay again! Staff was great, breakfast was filling, and room was comfortable.

We had the most comfortable stay! Isaiah in the front is the best! He is great and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service! I highly recommend this place! So close to universal!
