Eingang zum Resort war einfach und gut.Wir hatten jedoch Probleme mit der Dusche und Toilette gehabt. Aber alle waren schon innerhalb 24 stunden aufgehoben worden. Nice and quiet!

The check-in process was easy and the host was super responsive prior and during our stay. Any concerns that I've had, the host assured me not to worry about it which made our stay worry free. The place was nice and clean just like the pictures. It's close to Walmart if you need to grab anything for the house. Overall, I would definitely stay again at any place this host has to offer.

An Exceptional Two Week Stay

On arrival, the property was immaculately clean and well-equipped. The beds and soft furnishings were modern and comfortable after long days in the parks. The property manager (Vania) was helpful and responsive - checking in via WhatsApp throughout our two-week stay. Having stayed at Emerald Island Resort regularly over the last ten years, this property was easily one of the best and we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We were very happy with our stay. It was super clean with updated furnishings. Check in was easy. Parking was right in front of our door. We had a minor issue and the property manager was terrific in responding (Emerald Island no longer has a grill by the pool/clubhouse)Traffic is very congested on 192 at certain times of the day, but a bit of planning get mitigate the headache.Bottom line, we would stay here again without any qualms.

Wonderful Place, Felt Like Home

Our family of four stayed 9 nights at this wonderful condo. This is the fourth condo we’ve stayed in at the Emerald Isle Resort and while last three were very good, this one is best by far. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, an abundance of towels (even beach towels), travel soaps etc., kitchen stocked with lots of utensils, cups, plates etc., kettle, toaster, coffee pot is a Keurig duo so has a pot and also takes pods. When we arrived, we couldn’t get wifi working. Texted property manager and she replied instantly and offered to come to condo right away to reset it. Issue fixed in minutes. Absolutely wonderful to deal with. Another thing we truly appreciated was how well the AC worked for both levels. It was very hot and humid while there so coming back to a nicely cooled condo was a true bonus. Very quiet area as well. Backs onto treed area. This is the condo we will stay in again! Highly highly recommend. We don't really use resort amenities so cannot comment on that but there is a nice looking pool and hot tub etc. It is a 10-20 minute drive to Disney parks and a 20-30 minute drive to Universal and SeaWorld depending on time of day/traffic. The area has a ton of incredible restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, Target, and a Walmart Supercentre all within a 5-10 minute drive. Can’t wait to go back!!
