Its a hotel room. The place was clean. For the money it was a great stay. Property is well maintained. The secruity gate was sometimes backed up and took a while to get through. they should have two lanes instead of just one.

Great stay, great resort

Another great stay at this property. This was our second stay for a long sports weekend at the convention center across the interstate from the resort. Our host, Josh, was fantastically responsive, answered all our questions, checked in to see that everything was going well. Unit and property were exceptionally clean, safe, and both times the units were well appointed with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, etc. My only issue is that the second time we stayed there seemed to be a lack of staffing at check-in. The time to check in took longer than expected, and it did seem that they may have been short-staffed. Otherwise, had an absolutely fantastic stay.

Unfortunately, our room did not have towels upon arriving. Also, we were charged 30 on the first dayto use the free pool, but I managed to get that refunded back to my card upon checkout. Due to being charged on the first day, we did not use the pool as we thought we would have to pay every day so that was unfortunate because we really would’ve loved to abuse the pool through our whole stay.

Wonderful stay

Fantastic stay, property manager/host Jake is fabulous - very responsive, informative. Property was exactly as described, and exceeded our expectations. Unit was very clean, bed was super comfortable, and towels were plentiful. We had a kitchenette unit, which was absolutely well appointed with everything we needed for our stay and more. Would absolutely return. Only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer.

Convenient to Disney Parks

We had a good time. Jake the host was awesome. We had an issue at registration and I had to call Jake and he took care of it immediately. The condo itself was nice but the view was not what I was thinking. It was the parking lot when I thought it was the pool. The bathroom was pretty clean but not spotless like you would want a prior used bathroom to be. The registration process was horrible and took forever. No one is in a hurry. Also, the parking is horrible. It probably depends on how late you come in. We came in late both nights due to being at Disney which was probably the main reason however it was only about 20 minutes from the parks.

Clean and perfect location

We will definitely return to this property. Our room over looked Tukey Lake, which was beautiful. The room was pretty large for a King suite and the jetted tub was a nice addition that I utilized twice. The back patio is very large. The property was clean and well kept and it has alot of entertainment options to choose from. The main pool is "heated" although it was still too cold (we had a cold snap in the 50s during our stay) The hot tub was perfect. The Bar & Grill restaurant was a great choice for our dinner option plus we were able to watch the football games with a pretty lively crew. The marketplace was larger than I expected with a deli and a lot of items to choose from (mini grocery store). The property was less than 10 minutes to Sea World and easily accessible.

The parking is a huge issue with this property. The bathtub was a nice perk. The shower had very low water pressure so showers were not enjoyable. We did enjoy our stay at this property but these few things would have made the stay more convenient and enjoyable

Weekend stay

The resort was busy but we were given adequate attention and information. Check in went well. We were given a room upgrade at no additional cost due to room availability. The upgraded room was awesome. The resort grounds were neat and we liked the amenities, though we wished the poolside bars were open later. Will stay here again.
