Our flight from NY got delayed and when we called the hotel and requested a late checkout (we have not arrived at the hotel, true to the time of writing this message), we were told quite rudely it was not possible and several times that checkout is at 11am. We feel it is only fail to accommodate a late checkout since we will have spent merely less tha 10 hours at the hotel given our delayed flight.

Stained bedding and dirty room

Top sheet was stained with a clear colored substance. There were two beds both had stains. Pillow cases had black stains almost mold looking. Kleenex holder empty. Toilet had urine stains in toilet. I was so tired from driving all day I just made the best of it and tried to get sleep for next day of driving and business meeting.

The bedsheets were stained to a point that I slept on top of the covers, which were not as stained as the sheets. There was a French fry on the floor by the trash can. The rim of the sink was moldy. This hotel will benefit from a deep cleaning and new linens.

No frills, good for a quick stay

Stayed for one night, slept well, solid coffee and waffles for breakfast. Pool looks like for warm weather (it was just above freezing when I visited). Got what I paid for, I'm happy.
