Should be ashamed. They put no money back in this place. Use to stay there a few times 10 years ago, now it’s a dump. Same room decor as then, 2 of 3 elevators not working, keys didn’t work on outside doors. Not staying here again.

Not impressed with the breakfast selection unlike in the past. They no longer offer freshly made scrambled eggs or sausages. The only fresh item there was is raw oranges. The drain in the bathroom sink drained slow. As the door access card did deactivate multiple times upon contact with smartphone, we had to have it replaced at the reception desk. One of two elevators has been out of service for the duration of the whole stay. Outdoor hot tub was out of service for about the a week and was not fixed until we left so we never got to use it… The area around the pool and the gates require urgent maintenance. Customer service was friendly, however it will not make up for technical and maintenance faults that persist in the facility. Overall, the whole building looks old and requires remodeling.
