Living space

Step inside and the open layout immediately puts you at ease. The living and dining area flows together in a bright, airy arrangement - plenty of room to spread out after a full day exploring the parks. With air conditioning, room-darkening shades, and dedicated workspace, it handles both relaxation and the occasional remote workday with equal ease.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third room is Mickey-themed with two twin beds - a ready-made Disney surprise for younger guests. All bedrooms come with hangers, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets for a comfortable stay.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook at home - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all included, and the dining table seats the group comfortably. A washer and dryer round out the practical essentials, so packing lighter is always an option.

 

Bathroom

Two full bathrooms serve the condo. The ensuite master bath and a second full bathroom for the additional bedrooms. Both are stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.

Before you arrive

The condo uses self check-in via smart lock, so you can head straight there after landing. Check-in opens at 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. A starter supply of essentials is provided on arrival - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to restock a few items along the way.

This home is located in a very small and private community. The property is surrounded by a small lake and a forest. The main advantage of this community over the larger commercial buildings is the privacy, quietness and sense of piece. The amenities are never overcrowded and there are always available lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool. Due to the fact that this is smaller community, the property is very clean and all amenities are very well maintained.



Getting Around:

Some of the main benefits of this neighborhood are the proximity to all major attractions, parks and restaurants. You are only a short car ride from Disney World, Universal, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, SeaWorld and much more. Some of the best restaurants in town are also located nearby. Other locations of interest include outlet malls, Downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport.
