Enjoy The Peace & Tranquility After The Magic Of Disney!

Imagine waking up to your own private pool in the back yard & blue skies to greet you when you step out onto the deck with your morning coffee. This could be yours when you make our home yours for your vacation.

Our 4 bedroom home has all the comforts of a real home. Just look at the photos! We've added a game room for the days when the pool is too much & free secure Wi-Fi just so you can keep in touch with the family back home & tell them what a wonderful time you are having.

The master bedroom has a new king size bed & en suite bathroom with dual sinks, shower & separate tub. The second master has queen bed plus the en suite, too. Two twin rooms share the third bathroom - check out the mickey room for the kids! We've tried to think of everything in the kitchen so you can stay home & cook if you're worn out from all the park visits. All rooms have ceiling fans & there are TV's in the lounge & both master suites. There's a safe for your valuables & a security system for your protection.

The west facing pool is completely private with a fence on each side & a wall to the rear. We've added some tropical planting, including fruit trees, for a 'garden' feel. The covered lanai offers shelter & the ceiling fan gives some respite on the 'warmer' days.

Rolling hills is a quiet residential area conveniently located close to the attractions but far away enough to give you peace & tranquility. It's a well-developed sub-division that's well cared for, as is the home itself. We live here in Florida & want you to come & enjoy what we get the chance to enjoy everyday.

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in deze accomodatie. En het contact met de eigenaar verliep echt super. Hij reageerde snel op al onze vragen. We hadden in de advertentie al gelezen dat het huis wat gedateerd was, dat klopt ook wel. Maar ach, we leven buiten en daar was het echt prima. Veel ruimte en een heerlijk zwembad. Dit had wel iets warmer gemogen met de poolheat aan. Binnen kom je toch alleen maar om te slapen! Daar hebben we ons dus niet aan gestoord. Wij vonden het jammer dat er geen barbecue aanwezig was, maar uiteindelijk hebben we deze niet eens gemist. Al met al een prima accommodatie voor een gezin!

House, property and location was beautiful . However we should have been told before booking that only the first day basics are supplied. 1 roll of paper towels, no Kleenex, no coffee filters, no garbage bag replacements and only 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom) for 9 days was not enough. Oh, and only soap was tiny “cheap hotel” packages. When asked the host said that was normal as guests usually preferred to bring or buy their own. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. Otherwise host was responsive and polite and the pool/patio area lovely.

Nice House convenient to things we were doing

This house is nice, well equipped with everything we needed. It could use some upgrades in some areas and could be cleaned better. I only had to communicate once with the owner and my needs were addressed right away. It was a quiet neighborhood. We had no issues. The beds in the mini (disney) room were very uncomfortable, just a quick note if you have an adult sleep there.

Comfortable accommodation close to Disney Parks

Lovely house situated in quiet area but within easy driving distance of all Disney Parks. Close to a number of restaurants and local supermarkets. Spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms for our family of five. Private pool was a hit with our boys and a wonderful way to relax after a busy park day. Pool table in garage was also a welcome activity to keep our boys occupied. Very minor suggestions for host would include perhaps upgrading the dining furniture, two of the chairs were broken on arrival and whilst having the washer/dryer facilities was excellent I could not find a means to hanging the clothes out to air dry in the wonderful Florida sunshine (but perhaps I did not look hard enough.)

Disappointing

The checkin process was simple. When we got there the trash bin that needs to be taken to the road was completely overflowing with so many flies and caused a terrible smell any time we went to use our vehicle no matter if we moved it. When checking out the property we went to the pool and there was trash and left over pool noodles still in the pool. The screen was damaged which we believe allowed a snake to enter who was also in the pool. The 3rd bathroom tub was never unplugged and had water in it. When using the dishes we noticed a lot of them (cups, bowls, pans and silverware) were still dirty. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, my children tried to sleep in the Mickey room but the beds were all springs with no supports, the second room with twin beds had frames that would hit the wall with any movement. The secondary master bed made so much noise I couldn’t sleep in it due to being a light sleeper and the primary was taken by my parents. I tried to contact the property manager who was initially responsive and came to the property to clean up the pool but all other issues were not addressed. I tried to contact the property manager again to see where I was supposed to put our garbage from our week stay but never answered. The owner refunded us the $100 cleaning fee but in my opinion the amount we paid even with that was too much for all of the issues we had. I understand not all are the owners fault however it seems unacceptable to have so many cleanliness issues & inadequate beds

Perfect villa

The perfect location for parks and amenities. The villa has a great layout, at no point did any of us feel on top of each other during our two week stay. Quick and easy communication with the host, which was greatly appreciated. We had an amazing holiday and enjoyed every minute of staying here :-)

Florida Fun in the Sun

The owner, Coen, was very responsive to any questions both before and during our month long stay. The home has two large spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and their own bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are more suited for kids with the twin beds. The place was as shown on VRBO and was pretty well equiped for cooking your own meals. The location is close to the Disney theme parks, outlet shopping and restaurants.

Cute little place

Loved the place and it served its purpose. I was not in love with how sticky floors were and not the cleanest place. I told the manager and he said he would let the cleanign people know. Its my first time at vrbo so i didnt know to bring tp but will know next time. I would recommend this place as long as manager gets after the cleaning crew.
