We arrived to find many damages and as we reported per guidelines, the host immediately sent someone over. None of it was anything that required an immediate fix and then kept wanting to come back as we documented. Upon arrival there were dirty bathrooms and dead cockroaches in lower bedrooms. Plenty of room for our guest numbers but frustrating to try and keep track of all the damages that were already there before us.

This was our second time staying at this property and we’re already planning the next 2! LOVE this house, love the location, everything was perfect. Halfway through our week we asked if they could clean the pool and it was cleaned within a couple hours. Had an AC issue one night and it was fixed immediately in the morning. Looks like they got new living room couches this year and maybe even a few new chairs. We had 35 people and everyone had plenty of room! We will most definitely be back. Thanks Parkson!

This house was filthy. Our feet/ socks/ slippers were BLACK. Ants filled the bathtub. One lady found small roaches in her room. Ants found in other bedrooms. Feels were dirty looking and stained. This house is the perfect set up for a large group but we all felt filthy staying in it

The property location was great, the house was large enough for 37 family members. We had to call about 2 sinks drainage, they was there to fix it in a timely manner. They had ac units in dinning area and 3 bedrooms. I think that they have to do better.

Best Ever

This was by far the best house we have ever stayed at in the Orlando area. The house was huge and fit everyone in our party with room to spare. They even let us in a day early to take shelter from the incoming Hurricane Milton. The host was incredible throughout the whole process and already looking to make this place a staple for our annual Orlando trip. I would also like to note that any previous complaints in other reviews did not apply to our stay one bit. So the owners definitely took the constructive criticism and made all the necessary improvements.

Not What was listed

Checkin horrid. Paid for early checkin only told 30 mins before early checkin time we could not. 4pm checkin did not get in house until 4:45pm. They have tow trucks sitting outside homes waiting to tow. My nephew brought his 2 yr old inside out of the heat as cleaners cars still in drive way to come out to find they have his rental hooked up to be towed. Had to pay $75 USD to not tow. House nor the layout was what was listed on Vrbo. We were here for Familtly reunion July 10-14 with 30+ family memebers. 13 of 15 rooms had 1 queen or king bed. Not what was listed. Original had 7 rooms with 1 bed and 8 had 2 beds which was ideal for our family. They switched the house and did not update on Vrbo and lied that the original house did not exist when I went and checked the listed house out in May, total bait and switch here. The manager Jack claimed Vrbo did not update the info sent to them, that the house had changed.The owners need to spend money on painting the walls, cleaning the couches, we spread sheets over them so we could sit. Deep cleaning, we found mugs with mold, as well mold in 2 rooms vents. The cleaners did a piss poor job of cleaning and making the beds. I had to do a walk thru and try to straighten up every room. We made the most of the time as its been 5 yrs since we had a reunion however I would not recommend this location to anyone. We have escalated our issues to Vrbo as the property Manager dropped the ball on so many things. took over the deivwway

Large group stay

Owner responded fast to a few small issues. We did not receive a welcome packet, we did not receive the door code until after 4pm. The house to the right partied till 4am loudly. The kitchen is not prepped for cooking (no pots and pans). One washing machine was out of order and we were not notified ahead of time. Overall.. its a large house that can accommodate 30+. Need to update HVAC systems. 70-74 degrees in the house was uncomfortable.

Amazing house

I was with a group of students that just graduated from high school. As their class sponsor, the house was amazing, providing enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Each room has it's own bathroom so this allowed shower times to be super easy! The kitchen was wonderful with 2 refrigerators! Loved this home and the area was safe! The houses are close together so the only complaint I have was due to a noisy group nextdoor.

The room sizes and beds are nice. The pool table is not leveled so when pool playing all balls go to one side so couldn't enjoy pool table. The house needs to be treated for bugs(ants and roaches) were visible throughout the house. The sectional in the living room was dirty and needs cleaning. I feel for the amount of money being charged per night that the pool needs to be heated without a charge because that's one of the amenities that comes with the house. We rent the vacation homes because of the pool. Family didn't get to enjoy pool because water was to cold and was told it takes two days to heat so it was no need of paying the extra money.

Three house was very spacious and clean, I was impressed with the service. We was missing a remote for the big screen and needed chalk for the pool table and the girl showed up around 9:00 PM to check things out. We rent a large house at least once a year and this was one of the best.
