Large and recently modernised and upgraded, 2,794sq ft Luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa. Sleeps 8-10 people in comfort. Large 26x13' with a 6' depth heated pool and hot spa/jacuzzi (additional $36 per day fee for Pool and Spa heat, includes Vrbo fees/US taxes. minimum booking of 4 days).
Large living area. Dining area. Loft with computer / high speed wireless internet access. Wall mounted 86' 4K LG Smart TV with free Cable (including premium Sports channels) and free Netflix and PS4, in family room. 32" wall mounted 4K Smart TV's with 125 Cable channels and free Netflix in all of the 4 bedrooms.
4 bedrooms (all with their own full en-suite). Fully air conditioned. Extended deck area, fully screened to keep the bugs out. Large covered lanai area with summer grill BBQ

Overall our stay was great. There are some things in the home that are definitely aged. The couches in the games/laundry room are falling apart, the patio door to the pool area gets jammed, there is a musty/damp smell when entering the home. The AC seems to be set up wrong, it’s hot in the house during the day and middle of the night and morning it’s freezing. All relatively small things that we noticed. The house was comfortable, in a nice gated community, it was really quiet in the neighbourhood. Overall the house is very nice. We would stay there again.

The owners have gone above and beyond to provide more amenities than you'll likely use during your stay, making it the perfect place for both sunny days and rainy ones. Our family stayed comfortably and was never short on entertainment or convenience.The location is ideal — close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of fast food options if you need something quick.Highlights from our stay:The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with.Detailed instructions were provided before arrival, making it easy to find and access the home.The house was spotless and fully ready when we arrived.The kitchen is impressively stocked — everything from toasters and a toaster oven to a blender, coffee maker, and even a crock pot. There’s also a great variety of cookware.Each bedroom has a private bathroom and comfortable beds, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The pool was warm, the spa was hot, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay.We truly had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be booking this home again in the future!

Owner is super, and very responsive. He was even very cordial when we mistakenly thought we had booked it for an extra day. It was completely my fault due to changes in our vacation days, and had booked the room well in advance, but the owner was gracious about the whole situation. If he’ll have us well stay again.

The property, the location and the assistance provided by the owner Tony, was absolutely first class in every way. If you are looking at this property and the dates are available, book it. The house is so well equipped, in a fantastic community and is probably the best we have stayed in in over 3 decades of travelling to the Kissimmee Area. From the moment we booked, Tony was absolutely excellent in providing information, assisting with any questions we had, responding really quickly. The pool and outside area were excellent, we spent nearly every night eating outside in our 4 week stay and it really was the most incredible family holiday, I can't recommend Tony and his property highly enough. We very rarely ate out due to the facilities in the kitchen and the games room was a ton of fun for us and the kids. The drive to Disney was approx 25 mins, but even if not visiting the Parks I think it makes an incredible base for getting around and seeing the area. It's not often that I have stayed somewhere in Kissimmee where there are supermarkets etc in walkable distance. Really enjoyed being visited by some of the local bird wildlife too! It's a truly great setting. Thanks again Tony for everything, we cannot wait to return! 10/10 Andy

We enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee. The property was everything we were looking for and the listing was accurate. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. The community was well kept and peaceful. The property is well located for getting to the major theme parks in the Orlando area and both of Florida’s coastlines. Would highly recommended.

Perfect family location

This was a perfect place for our family to spread out. It was large enough for everyone to have their own bed and relax in their own space. I loved that we could jump in the pool each night and relax. We were able to bring in our own food to prepare and I was able to do laundry when we needed clean laundry. It really was our home away from home. There were a few minor home updates that would make the home more comfortable, but it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would go back again!

Rented house for 2 weeks for a family vacation to disney, we had no complaints. Easy check in process, house was very clean and in a good location for all the parks. We all especially liked each room had their own bathroom. Communication with owner was very easy and quick. If we come back to Orlando again we would definitely stay again

Great stay. Property was exactly as listed and had plenty of space for everyone. Very nice pool area and jacuzzi on the back side of the villa. Very nice community pool area also. Very clean and well maintained property. Owner was great at getting back if we had any questions.

Disney Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! Thank You! Tips suggested: railings to get into the pool safely We needed more facecloths, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels. One live cockroach in the upstairs master bedroom. Recommend this beautiful place.

Perfect for Disney trip

We stayed 8 nights here. The check in was good but couldn’t locate my gate code so there was a small delay from owner for the info. Also was mentioned I had a welcome letter with info on it and never did see that. However that didn’t get in the way of our amazing time.The pool and hot tub were perfect (pay to have them heated) easy to use. The house has all the things we needed especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and there were pool toys too. It was nice to have the pool table as well. My girls loved the space for us to enjoy and have our own rooms.There are quite a few people out on the streets on the weekend nights but no one disturbed us. We kept so busy with the parks we never used the clubhouse or even went there but it looked nice from the road. I would love to come stay again. Highly recommend and price is very reasonable for the amenities.

Wonderful communication! Plenty of towels, etc for our 7 day stay. Close to Walmart and Chick Fillet--could walk.Great golf trip
