Property Layout:
Please be aware that accessing the bedrooms on the second floor requires climbing stairs.

Trash Disposal Guidelines:
To maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask that you adhere to the resort's trash collection schedule and utilize the resort dumpster for daily disposal.

Weekly Maintenance:
For your comfort, weekly pool maintenance is conducted. Our professional team will coordinate timings with you to minimize any disruption.

Additional Charges for Non-Compliance:

Smoking inside the unit incurs a $700.00 charge.
Furniture not returned to its original placement incurs a $100.00 charge.
Excessive cleaning requirements, termed as a double clean, incurs a $100.00 charge.
To avoid any additional charges, we request our guests to maintain the property in good condition.
Receiving Deliveries:

You can receive packages at the property during your stay. Packages will be delivered to the clubhouse, incurring a $10 fee per package. Please allow sufficient time for deliveries as forwarding of packages is not available.

Age Requirement for Booking:
All travelers must be at least 21 years of age to book this property. This ensures compliance with our community standards and legal requirements.

Strict No-Smoking Policy:
We maintain a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, cannabis, vaping, or the use of recreational drugs, is strictly prohibited on the premises. Non-compliance will result in a $500 penalty.

Guest Occupancy:
Only the number of guests specified in your reservation will be permitted. For security reasons, the community mandates a list of all guest names for entry authorization. Please note, setting up tents or other structures on the property grounds is not allowed.

Events and Noise Policy:
To respect the tranquility of our community, parties or events are not permitted. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Please adhere to community guidelines by keeping noise levels down, especially after 10 pm.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation:
We welcome your furry friends! One pet under 50 lbs is permitted with prior authorization and an applicable extra cleaning fee. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside the townhouse and within community areas. Please adhere to all community pet restrictions.

Damage Responsibility:
Guests agree to cover any charges related to damages incurred during their stay, as well as any additional cleaning charges if necessary.
