This tastefully furnished spacious home provides the perfect base for larger families or groups seeking a home on a modern gated resort whilst being only 10 minutes away from the major Orlando attractions and only minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Internally the home has just been completely refurbished to a high standard providing comfort and generous communal lounge and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen.  Boasting 7 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms, each bedroom has its own facilities and three of the bedrooms are fun themed for those Star Wars, Marvel and Animal Kingdom fans out there!  Outside there is a south facing pool deck with private pool and jacuzzi plus large lanai providing plenty of patio furniture for relaxation as well as an outside grill for alfresco dining. Parking is available for four cars on the private driveway and FREE access is given to all resort facilities which are within easy walking distance. Additional fee applies to optional pool / jacuzzi heat. Pets considered for an additional fee. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the property. Parking on private drive is limited to two cars.

Nous avons aimĂ© n’ĂȘtre sĂ©jour, nous avons eu un petit problĂšme avec la piscine mais Kathy a rĂ©pondu Ă  notre besoin rapidement. Veuillez rĂ©parer la porte patio Ă  l’arriĂšre est ne barre pas, ajouter une planche Ă  repasser et rĂ©parer une lampe de chevet dans la grande chambre.l’emplacement est trĂšs bien pour Disney et Univwrsel

This is my honest opinion of my experience in the house. Although the house is big enough, a lot transpired with our stay that is 100% fixable, but when you come on vacation all the small things begin to add up. When we got there the light in the living room flickers a lot, the heated pool wasn't working so we had to wait a few days to get that fixed, the tv in star wars room didn't work, the tub in the master upstairs has slow drainage, the backs to all the remotes were missing, many of the sheets we had to wash due to stains, half of the room had towels the other half didn't, there were ants in the kitchen, the balls in the skee ball get stuck, and they still never fixed the rug issue from someone's previous post. All the shelves in the refrigerator door were missing when we got there so that limited space for our family. This is also a 2 car parking, 3 cars MAX, not 4 as advertised. Again all fixable things, but they were things I pretty much had to report while there. Would I stay here again, yes. However, when you are on vacation and spend so much money, this is a lot. Additionally, we left our expensive fan behind and I have been trying to pay to have it shipped back to us for thr last two weeks with no luck, so I guess that's additional money gone.

Check in process was smooth, property owner was very responsive when communicating about the property. So things could have been better. There was a strong odor in the garage where the kids were playing, not too sure where the smell is coming from. Some lights weren’t working. The location of the home was perfect near a lot of attractions, restaurants and shopping experience. Theres definitely some work that could be done so the next person who rents this house will have a top experience. The rug in the living room was coming up on the corners, the second step on the stairs upstairs was loose, and some shower curtains had mold on them. If this things get fixed the house would be perfect.

Family vacation

The property itself is located in an ideal position, it is in a large gated community and the community gym and pool was just across the road from us if we wanted to use it. The property was only a short drive to amenities, old town Kissimmee and Disney parks. There was 11 of us staying in the property and we had plenty of room. The property had all facilities we needed, although it would have been ideal if there was a stair gate available to use for safety of the little ones. The cleanliness could be a bit better as there was rubbish that could be seen behind furniture. There was also a few things that were in need of repair. Overall we were all happy with the property and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Not so pleasant stay 😔

The home was good overall. Nice location, nice property management. But it was a lot of issues within. Housekeeping needs to do better. We had to clean ourselves to feel comfortable for the week. David was very helpful but I feel like the house needs to be cleaned Thoroughly before the next guest arrives. Leaky roof, no tools to clean the pool, some kitchen appliances don’t work and the dryer did not work. Dead bugs on the walls and kitchen cabinets. I reached out to David and he was helpful and offered a $100 refund which is really not a refund at all for the price we paid. Vacation really did not feel like vacation while at this home.

Great location lots of room.

This location and house set up worked out great for our family . The only issue was a small leak roof leak in one bedroom it rained one day and the leak was right on the bed. We moved to bed over about a foot and let it drip in to a bucket.

The house was filthy. Empty soda cans under the couch, half eaten granola bars in the bedroom, trash overflowing, hair in the showers, floors so dirty your socks got filthy walking around, and musty smelling all through house. Amenities didn’t work. Lights in game room didn’t work, sink under one bathroom leaked ruining things we put under there. TVs in bedroom didn’t work. Both air filters terrible dirty, coffee pot we noticed has mold in it AFTER we used it with only 5 coffee cups for 12 people. Sheets in some bedrooms smelled like they had not been washed. Overall awful after paying a lot of money including a very expensive cleaning fee for a house I had to clean myself before even sleeping in beds or taking showers. Very disappointing. When owner was notified I was told it was a pity I waited so long to tell him. We had vacation plans the first few days and didn’t have time. When you rent a house you expect a certain level of cleanliness and this wasn’t even close.

Clean with plenty of space

The home was clean with plenty of space. My family enjoyed the time we spent there. However, there was not enough wash cloths and bath towels. We had to go buy some. There’re was no dish cloths or dish towels and we could not get the dishwasher to work properly. Otherwise all was good.

Relaxing and Fun Trip

Overall the stay was great. We had some minor issues that could have made it an excellent trip. We had a broken latter for the bunk bed, a sliding door in the closet for one room, the dishwasher wasn't working, and the water pressure in the kitchen sink wasn't the best. We loved the home decor, spacious rooms, and pool.

I booked this property for my family annual vacation. There was more than enough room for everyone. The home is as advertised, gorgeous and spacious. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I want to let future travelers about our horrible experience. House was dirty, rug in living room was lifted on the corner and made our grandchildren fell. Sink faucet broken and it was infested by roaches... our daughter decided to leave earlier because her kids were afraid of the roaches. This house is located right next to the dumpster... so when we let David know about it, he called pest control, but we have little ones in the house and it is not appropriate because we have a 1 month old baby and a 11 month baby girl. They went to the house without letting us know and they said they could not enter the house because one dog was loose in the house and plus we had a parked small trailer in the grass and that we were going to be fined in about $500. The house rules say all pets need to be crated when left alone. But the only dog that was loose is a service dog and therefore this does not apply since service animals are not consider pet. Other two were crated. We moved the trailer to the driveway and then they said we damaged the sprinkle system that we were going to be charged for that. When the sprinkle system was on we stayed and saw it running perfectly but still saying that we will be charge for that. They also kept saying that we will be fined for not following the rules about the rules, but rules say no big trailers, our was a 4 x 8 little trailer, HOA paper does not say anything about trailers and security said we are fine. This is ridiculous!

Overall the house was really nice and roomy. Only cons I would say are that the remotes did not work well at all and the pool pump was not running so pool had dirt in it. There were no instructions to allow us to turn it on, we have a pool so would not have been hard to do, however we were not sure we were allowed to. Minor thing is there was no trash bags or extra tissue paper for bathrooms, we went to store and bought both. Again overall the house was nice and very accommodating for our large group

The Best Vacay Ever!

This property and location was perfect for our stay. The house was beautiful and well maintained. Everything worked well and we had no problems. We had a trip to Disney that my grandchildren will always remember. Our party of 20 people was able to visit Beaches within a 2 hour radius and the home was the perfect place to rest and renew for the next day’s adventure. Our Host was wonderful and we will reach out again on our next visit! Susan
