Our house is very close to the main attractions for you to enjoy your vacation.

The house is incredible, a fully decorated new house that was designed with great care for your family.

The house has 6 bedrooms and capacity for 12 people.

Please note that the house has a capacity for 12 people. To confirm your stay, all names and documents must be submitted via form sent automatically upon confirming the reservation. Any additional guest not listed will incur a charge of $200 per person.

Bedroom 5: Star Wars - 2 single beds with private bathroom sharing the main bedroom - Has 50 inch TV

-Parking at Solara Resort:

It has space for two cars: one in the garage and one in front of the house. Parking on the street is not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine and vehicle towing.

The condominium offers free parking for guests and visitors in the designated spaces of the houses. However, parking of trucks, trailers (RVs) or motorcycles is not permitted in any area of the condominium.

*Important rules:

- Check-in after 4pm and check-out before 10am

-No pets or parties allowed

- Self-Sufficiency Policy: Initial supplies are provided, but guests will be required to purchase additional items as needed.

ADDITIONAL AND OPTIONAL SERVICES:

- Pack n' Play: $ 40 ( per stay )
- Pool heater: $ 40 per day ( minimum 4 nights )

Note: The temperature will not exceed 95F. Must be requested 48 hours in advance. Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK CORRECTLY in cold weather. If you still want to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heating pumps have a safety system that prevents the element from overheating when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. In this way, it causes a temporary shutdown of services automatically until the pump can recover its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF NOT MET when the owner has to repair something or pay for extra cleaning.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We provide FIRST USE ONLY welcome amenities (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels), you can provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.

Please stop by your nearest supermarket to pick up any additional items you may need during your stay.

- GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Please put garbage on the bench or in the garbage can daily to maintain a clean home.

- CLEANING
There is no daily cleaning service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

-ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not be delivered, as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX will deliver them.
In some resorts, packages are delivered to the club. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.
