Beautiful room and property. Great location where you can walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were fine, but I expected a much more friendly and laid back vibe (given it’s a margaritaville), but found it to feel very stiff and corporate in the hotel itself. The pool was fine, we actually preferred the neighbouring hotels pool (which we were allowed to use), they had a great DJ!

The hotel was very good, clean, and nice, and in that respect I give it a 10/10, but I have a complaint regarding the fact that I wasn't informed when I picked up the room keys that breakfast was included. I only found out when I read the checkout document, and by then it was too late.

Property was decorated for Christmas. Bar staff was fun and efficient. Pool drinks were good but had to flag down wait staff. Honestly..i have no complaints. It was a great, fun, christmasy awesome vacation and the resort made it that much better! Would definitely recommend
