Modern 8 Sleeper near Downtown Orlando

Modern single family home accomodating groups of up to 8 guests. The home consist of 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Located a few minutes from Downtown Orlando and within close proximity to I-4, giving you quick access to all the parks, conventions, beaches and venues. An additional sleeper sofa that is larger than the one pictured in the listing was added recently. Photos are coming soon. It is lareger & more comfortable and therefore the Livingroom now sleeps 2 guests comfortably.

Misrepresented property

Pictures make it look decent, but it's a dump in a terrible neighborhood. Don't be fooled by the listing like me. I found a very nice resort for like 10 more per night and left early.

PATHETIC

First of all the communication with the host was horrible. As soon as we got to the place we smell mold and mildew on top of all pf marihuana. We open some of the windows to see if we can make the smell dissipate but it did not work. We tried to contact the host to see if they had another property that they can accommodate us but never got a response. After that we contacted VRBO to se how we could fix the situation. VEBO Contacted the host and they connect us with the host. We spoke with them and they even said to us they will definitely will go to the house the very next day to check and they will get back to us. They never did. At this point 3 days later I am still trying to get our money back or at least some kind of credit. We need to pay separately for another place to stay because it was impossible for us to stay in that smell. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY AT THIS PLACE AT ALL. IT IS NOT HEALTHY!!!

Great stay

The home was very spacious and clean. We had lots of room. The kitchen had everything that we needed already there. A.C. Was perfect and it was wonderful to have washer and dryer in home and plenty of space for several guest if needed. We were also close to several eating areas and able to get to highway easily. The yard was spacious also and even had lawn chairs in pantry room if we wanted to hang outside. Thank you for allowing us to rent and we will be back.

Not for me

AC didnt work upon arrival, took 2 hours to get the guys out there. The ac guys didnt even fix the issue, and the house smelled with marijuana and black n milds. Didnt even stay the first night, had to go somewhere else to stay for the night.
