Brilliant Luxury villa 3.5 miles from Disney, south facing pool and whirl pool. Oak Island Harbour/Kissimmee area, Kissimmee area, Orlando/ Disney area, Central East, Florida, USA. Master 1 King on first floor, 2 Queen, 2 single. & 2 Sofa bed. Large screen tv in family room. Game room, tv's and dvd/vcr players in every bedroom. Stereo System in Family Room. Unlimited telephone call in the continental United States. Wireless internet throughout the house and by the pool. Very quiet area, but so close to all the excitement of the amusement parks and beaches. Tranquil fountain in the lake just behind the villa is so relaxing. This home is the best we’ve stayed at in this area; we can’t wait to return! The home is so clean. The main floor master bedroom has a comfy bed and a great shower and the layout of the kitchen/dining and living room area is perfect for a family of 7 like ours. But the family favorite was definitely the garage with games and the pool/spa area. The pool was heated to perfection and the spa stays nice and hot! The pond is fun to watch and the sun hits the patio nearly the whole day! I hate to say so many good things because I want to book this house next year and I don’t want to share ;) but the wonderful host deserves to have her home fully booked!! Oh- another perk is its so close to Disney. Also there’s shopping and food so close too!

We had a great stay in Orlando this past weekend. Kathryne was a fantastic host and very accommodating. The house was nice and fit our family of five very well. The pool, hot tub and pool table were a lot of fun for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect stay. We’ve been here before and knew we had to come back the next time we wanted a relaxing stay. The house is spacious and the owner is incredibly kind. Great pool, hot tub, and pool table in garage.

Home away from home

This is our second stay at this property and we love it. The home is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood thats close to everything. Wonderful pool, with a southern exposure. Walking in and knowing what to expect was an added bonus, it felt like coming home!

Lakeside Villa

This is an excellent property in a fabulous lakeside position. Very convenient for the Disney parks and the recent Margaritaville development offers good shops and dining options locally. Kathryne was easy to communicate with and could not have been more helpful.
