This property is located on a quiet dead end street, of the 30 houses located on this street 12 belong to my family. The surrounding commercial property is also owned by my family since 1980.

Our home is cozy and close to many restaurants, shopping, and theme parks. The house has a nice backyard, along with outdoor seating.

You will have full access to the entire home including the garage and backyard at all times.

*A few details about your upcoming vacation may be required.

The house was really nice and clean and had anything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were so soft and smelt so good. We had an enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for Orlando activities

Great central house for a group up to 12.Located perfectly for all Orlando activities within 5-15 minutes off the noisy tourist areas.All the necessities needed for family and friends.

In town for a concert

Being that we drove seven hours for a concert and were only going to be there for a little under 48 hours. I didn’t have time for things to go wrong. Or for there to be any problems or issues by having to call.. That being said, There was pieces of siding laying on the patio that I cut my foot on. The patio furniture was absolutely filthy. One chair was broken(but not visibly) and as soon as my husband sat down on it, he nearly went all the way through the to the ground. There were four different wasp nests and we spent the time we did get to be outside.fighting wasps. One friend ended up having to use her Epi pen. The yard was littered with cigarette butts. There was missing pieces of the siding on the under hang of the roof. None of these things were shown on the pics. These things are all dangerous hazards and you should really attend to them. The house itself was set up well, and very comfortable.

The house is comfortable for a big group. The mattress are very comfortable and the neighborhood doesn’t look safe but it really is. The contact for the home is very nice and answers quickly.

Nice house

Property was clean. Neighborhood is on a dead end street so very little traffic. Beds were comfortable. Could use more kitchen utensils (plates, glasses,etc)) but we didn't cook so it wasn't an issue for us.

Friendly hosts

Nirmal and Paul are really nice hosts. They made sure we settled in comfortablably. The house is literally less than 15 minutes from Universal Studios which is a plus and we like the privacy of the backyard. The fridge stopped working within the first couple of days we checked in and surprisingly, the next day after they were notified the brought in another one. They respond quickly when supplies are requested. They're also very accommodating.

Never again, rust, broken appliances terrible neighborhood and even worse host

I recently came in town for my cousins graduation, the house seemed perfect until we got there. the bathroom doors and bedroom doors don’t even lock/close except for one, the wall outlets have Been painted over which is a fire hazard to my knowledge and the fridge doesn’t even get cold. When I tried to put items in the freezer the shelf fell and broke glass everywhere. When we cleaned it up with the old mop and old broom along with the old appliances the owner complained and said she found glass shards on the floor and took the deposit. During the night I heard some suspicious “fire works” that go off in three rounds. Defiantly would not want my family in this neighborhood. Also the silverware has rust on them and the beds are squeaky and uncomfortable. The host puts events are allowed but complained when we didn’t notify her even though it says 10 people and events are allowed. Overall I would NEVER recommend this house Even to my worse enemy! The owner lies and took the deposit even though I have pictures of everything. Never never again.
