They gave me a dirty room with mold. I asked for another one, the other one they gave me the bed wasn’t made so I went back and ask the man in the front desk if this was all a joke. (Indian, tall and nasty attitude , hold my passport with 1 finger). Fast forward he refuse to refund me because I sat more than 2 hours in the first room, mind you I did not notice the mold/smell/and the tub until I was ready to shower. So I start going off saying I need my money, they called the police and gave me a trespassing. I was on vacation, this man ruined my vacation. I have to fought Expedia for my refunds.

Broken doors, leaking water in the bathroom. TV does not work. The Breakfast was absolutely bad, no juice, no milk, no yogurt, just bread and waffles. This is the worst place that I have arrived in a long time.

The hotel needs maitenance, there was a flooded floor. I stayed in this hotel twice in two rooms in a span of two weeks. Breakfast was ok. Rooms need maintenance, the faucet broke when I tried using it, there were ants and other insects inside the bedroom. One of the rooms had a strong humidity smell. No hand towels or phone to call reception to request them in one of the rooms. It is a cheap hotel, so you get what you pay for. I travelled from Canada, 5 of my credit cards did not go through, for no aparent reason, it might be black listed, and they don't accept cash payments.

The staff at the front desk was very nice u til I asked to check out. There was a huge water spit In the hallway towards the room. When inside room it smelt like cat urine so I immediately checked out.

The shower and toilet in my first room didn’t work, I got there at 8pm. They moved me to three rooms before telling me they “had no more options”. They took me to a room where the AC was broken and so loud they had the room “out of order”, This is after me crying and begging to just find a place so I could shower. Several guests behind me were waiting, the front desk guy locked himself in the office 0/10

I want to start off by saying the staff was nice but the rooms were horrible the bathroom door couldn’t close the walls had huge cracks in them the shower head was broken and we found roaches yes not one but 5 of them they moved us to another room but we still found another roach

Baratas no quarto ,banheiro precario com a torneira do chuveiro caindo ,geladeira precisando de limpeza e degelo URGENTE ,arrumacao dos quartos e toalhas sao praticamente uma briga para conseguir !! Vale pela localização....Cafe da manha padrao americano estava bom !!!
