This 2,500 sq. ft., 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom home is located in the gated Windsor at Westside Resort, close to Disney, shopping, and dining. Greal location and super clean

A couple of minor issues. For a property that sleeps 8 there was a definite shortage of kitchen supplies like cutlery (4 or 5 of each and same with the glasses and mugs). No oven mitts that kind of thing. There were 5 of us and we were constantly doing dishes because we like to cook. There were 2 dishwasher pods...we had to buy more. I thought it odd there was no first aid kit as well - even a small one. I find sometimes at other places there are small basics like dishsoap a small salt and pepper shaker etc. Needless to say we bought a lot of stuff that was needed for a stay of 5 ppl yet the property slept more. The pillows and mattresses were not like home but we adjusted. It was beautiful, clean, well kept and the location was excellent! I would go back again but be better prepared as to what, in my opinion was a lack of simple amenities.

Home Away from Home

We were 3 adults and an infant and had so much space for the 4 of us. The house was located in a gated resort community and was a 5 minute walk to the resort club house which has a pool and the gym which was free to access with use of this property. The kitchen was well equipped with 2 coffee makers (drip and keurig style), toaster and toaster oven, blender and microwave. We had plenty of dishes and utensils for the three of us. You will likely need to get your own stock of paper towels toilet paper and dish soap as the property does only provide a starting supply. We didn’t end up using the pool as it was still quite cool in February and there is a cost to start the pool heater. This property is not to far from restaurants and shops like Walmart and Target. Pretty close to Disney destinations (20-25 min) and Universal (35-40 min). Great place to stay.

This is our second time staying in this gated community and it's great for families. It got a little loud on the 4th but everyone was respectful. The property was as advertised and management was in constant contact to ensure everything was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The pros: The townhome is spacious. It has a great kitchen with a huge island. Cons: Getting into the complex is a hassle. Showing your ID, every time is annoying. Or speaking to a guard while waiting in the line to get in. The trash wasn’t picked up the entire time we were staying there. It was piled up on the street, and in the trash container located by the front door. It was extremely unsightly, smelled foul, and attracted flies and rodents. When the rental company was contacted they stayed it was the responsibility of the HOA of the community and we could call them. There was a very large roach in the downstairs bedroom and was crawling in the bed while a guest was in it. The rental company was again reached out to and their response was in my opinion lackadaisical. They said it was palmetto bugs. After emailing and correcting her pest control was sent the next day to spray the room. However that guest no longer wanted to stay in that bed. If you decide to book please bring trash bags, dishwashing liquid, soap etc. They leave one trash bag and one bed small paper towel roll. Which is extremely cheap. I’ve stayed at other rental properties in Orlando and they leave a decent amount of household supplies. The location is so so. The customer service is definitely lacking with the rental company. With so many vacation rentals in Orlando/Kissimmee I wouldn’t recommend booking here. Book elsewhere.

Nice Place Great Value

We enjoyed the property very much. It was clean and pretty much exactly as described online. If I had to mention a few things we did not care for. 1. We wished there was more furniture for sitting in the living room. We had a group of ten people in the home and the home had a standard sofa and loveseat. So 5 people could sit and watch a movie or whatever and the others had to sit on the floor. It could definitely use another sofa. 2. The location. This is not the owners fault, but the location is pretty good for Disney but Universal Studios, and Sea World could both be 60 minutes away during peak travel times. If you are going to those parks I suggest being on the road at 6:30 am. If you sleep in, you could be 90 minutes from the theme parks due to traffic. Overall we were very pleased with the stay.

Nice place just pool never gets sun

The house was clean. Limited on dishes. Thankful we choose to have the pool heated because you get no sun in the back of house. That is the only complaint. Will definitely make sure the next places we rent the backyard get sun so you can enjoy the pool and not have to sit out front of the house to enjoy the sun. Other then that the house was just as they say.

Beautiful house

Our family of 8 enjoyed the 5 bedroom townhome. The townhome is really pretty, modern style with everything you need for your stay. Location is not to far to the parks an attractions. Blue sky villa who is the property management is a very good company, who response very quick either via phone or email when you have a question. We was very happy with the cleanness of the house and everything was as advertised. Well house is more beautiful than the pictures. We definitely come back and will recommend the villa to friends and family. Thanks to blue sky villa and the owner to let our family to stayed in this awesome home.
