**Parking**

*Additional parking is on the side of the streets. They are scattered throughout the community. All parking spaces, with the exception of single-family homes, are first come first serve. Any overflow cars will need to find a parking spot in the community. Overnight parking is allowed but not at the clubhouse.

* Barbecue / Grill: $70 (plus taxes ) per stay. We provide one propane ? If applicable, it needs to be requested 3 days before the check-in date.
