A bathroom in every bedroom made everyone's stay much easier. The rooms of the condo were well laid out and the furnishings were very nice. The pool in the patio area was nice and well as the resort's pool areas.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the cottage. We found a used toothbrush in the bed of the downstairs room. A used sock in the sheets of the master. Trash in the pool. And dishes in the cabinets weren’t fully clean. When it came time for checkout. The cleaners came at 830 knocking at the door to clean, which checkout was 10 and our kids were still asleep only to be woken up by your staff. We felt rushed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was clean. This is the first time I rented from Ace as I usually use Vstays. The A/C was obviously a problem for a while as there are notes posted on the walls regarding the thermostat. The place can get incredibly hot even on a 73 degree setting. There are water stain marks on the celing by the intake/filter indicating prior problems. At times it was so warm and uncomfortable. We left the settings where we were told to and did not exceed that setting as to not have further issues. Notice on the wall clearly stated that if the A/C failed you would not have AC and would be responsible for the repair. I didn't recall seeing this in my rental agreement. We managed thru it but I won't stay at that address again.

The house layout was amazing. We were disappointed with only two king size beds in an eight bedroom house, especially without a king size on the first floor. The porches had zero tables and one chair on one porch and absolutely nothing on the other porch. The third floor loft had one chair, a lot of wasted space without the right amount of furniture. One bedroom was unusable because the ceiling leaked when it rained. The kitchen also lacked baking pans, cookie sheets.

Ok stay, two big issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The say was fine. We had three big issues. 1) If you get locked out outside of business hours you’re screwed. I inadvertently left the key in my unit when checking on something in my car. When I got to the lobby I learned that I needed to wait till business hours started before anyone could help me. It was a fun 90m waiting for hours to start...2) While you can book with an AMEX on Marriott Homes & Villas, they do not accept AMEX on the property. As someone who banks exclusively with AMEX, this made for a frustrating experience. Thankfully my wife had our Costco credit card handy.3) The place was freezing and no one could figure out the AC. When called and asked for help. They told us we could go to the store and buy blankets.When I mentioned this on my Google review, I was told it was clearly stated on the website listing and on the confirmation email... it was not... The response to my Google review also accused of being rude?! That really agitated me... I told the girl at check-in that I don’t blame her because of a stupid policy made by the company management.All in all, this place was fine. Will we try it again? No. Never. I’m writing off this brand based on my experience.

Big house, not accommodating for 16 people

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house sleeps 16 people, however aside from the bed/bathroom does not accommodate this amount of people. The dining room table seats 8, the garbage can was the size of a bathroom can, there were several balconies with zero furniture on them, even though pictures depicted there was, the seating by the pool had a small table with four chairs and three lounge chairs, no outside cover or porch, charcoal grill and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, two towels and one roll of paper towels. Some things were broken such as the handle in the kitchen. There was trash surrounding the pool, old balloons and cups.

Only issues is some surrounding houses are over booked and have too many people in them. I wouldn't let that discourage you from staying but more to be more aware. Security is generally on top of things but it still happens.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of 10 women enjoyed a fun long weekend at 3052 Parrot Head Place. The place was clean and true to the photos. My only complaint was there was no patio furniture on any of the patios except the one by the pool.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Essentials missing, table umbrella (western exposure)::::hot hot hot! For the house size, kitchen garbage can was a waste paper basket way way too small. Pool skimmer was shredded and not operational. Construction site next to house as well.

Cottage was spacious, clean and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom.

I was however disappointed that there was no outside furniture in the patios! The outside space was one of the selling points for our group, yet we could not use it. The pictures on the website had furniture so I was shocked when I called the front desk upon arrival to be told that “Maybe they new property owner removed the furniture.” How do you have these beautiful large outside spaces and no furniture? Overall the home and stat was great but a few details were definitely overlooked.
