The two stars are for the property itself, as it is very nice. There was no internet service while we were there, so if Wi-Fi it’s important to your stay, I’d recommend finding another place. Trying to deal with oth the customer service everyday to get the internet working was not how I wanted to spend my vacation, and it was never fixed anyway. This property under different management would probably be great.

Family vacation

Listing was accurate. Ammeties in the house and the amenteties around the resort were excelent. House was perfect for our 2 week stay and vacation. The only thing is the pool at the house is extremely small and smaller than it looks online. But the plus to that is you have access to many of the resort pools which were pretty much private to us when we went. Great location.

Large Home in Quiet Neighborhood

I rented this home for just my husband and I and it is large! We loved the neighborhood as it was extremely quiet. I enjoyed the upstairs sitting room and my husband hung out watching tv on the main level. We stayed at the house pool everyday and only saw the neighbor once. I walked everyday and loved looking at all the big homes.

Our Stay

The house was very beautiful we enjoyed our stay but there were somethings that could’ve been way better the walls were not cleaned the best, things were under the couch like cereal two blinds were missing and the trash from the previous stay wasn’t taken out and the couches were not cleaned very well or the carpet for it to be white. Also after our stay I was sent pictures and of stains that were already there before check in saying I need to pay a 225 cleaning fee from stains I know we did not do and how a full inspection was done but if a full inspection was done I wouldn’t have had any problems that I had about the cleaning so I know it was a lie to get more money. Will not book again!

Drinking around the world!

This stay was for my cousins bday planned last minute. There was 7 of us and we needed a space that felt like home. Super nice, extra clean and looked as advertised. It was perfect and comfortable! I would definitely book this home ago. And has also referred friends who have traveled to Orlando after my stay!

Perfect! Just as described

This property was just as described and perfect for our weekend stay. We had a several adults competing at a Disney running event and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. We also had two little ones who were very happy with their pink room. The only thing to keep in mind if you travel with kids is that there are no tubs (all showers), didn't affect us as we are kind of used to it in rental properties.

stay at Reunion VRBO property

House was just like listed online. Plenty of parking, Rooms were large. There were plenty of dishes and silver wear. The pans were new. It was great with every bedroom having its own on suite. It would be nice if there was a small shelf in the shower for your soap and shampoo. There are no tubs so if you have small children keep this in mind. But it worked out ok for us. It would also be nice if there were lights in the ceiling with fans to turn on in the bedrooms. again, we did ok. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this rental. It is very convenient to get to all the local attractions. There is a Publix store with in 10 minutes. All the staff were very pleasant when we entered the property. We had 2 minor issues that needed fixed. I called and they were fixed that day. We will be booking this again next year in November. So don't anyone take our week. LOL. It is the best place we have stayed in in the 50 years we have been coming to Fla. Thank you for having such a nice clean place for us to say at.

Great property to stay at. Nice quiet neighborhood. This is my second time at the Reunion resort and it did not disappoint. An issue with the A/C arose during my stay but it was resolved quickly. Only real issue was there were a lot of gnats when we got there but some bug spray remedied that and the linen on my bed had spots but I always bring my own stuff.

Epic Stay!!

The stay was absolutely awesome!! No issues other than the heat being on when we got there, which had the place extremely hot!! But other than that it was great! The front door could use some blinds doe. Highly recommended!!!

Plenty of room for a family of 12

The house was very spacious and we loved each room having its own bathroom. The house was also clean and maintained. There weren't a lot of amenities such as pots/pans/etc. so I would be sure to bring your own cookware if you're planning on cooking. The garage door is also extremely loud and we were afraid to use it at night in case it disturbed the neighbors but there was plenty of parking on our street so this wasn't an issue for us. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe. The check-in/check-out times were a bit of a pain because they didn't coincide with our flights at all and the company refused to budge on them although no one was renting the property the days prior to our stay. The stove was broken but the company placed a rental stove in the kitchen. This was a bit of an annoyance because the rental stove was right in the middle of the already small kitchen and made it difficult to maneuver around the kitchen. The dishwasher also didn't work very well so we didn't use it after the first time. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient and we were able to wash the small amount of towels we were provided (I'd suggest bringing your own towels when you stay). Overall, I think it was a good value for the price and I would stay again with the mindset to bring my own amenities.
