Had a great stay
- The house is incredibly well equipped, you really find everything there (kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, care, ...). They thought of everything, even babies (high chair and travel cot for example). There is also a lot of storage.- The collective parking space is very close, right in front of the house, which is equivalent to private parking in a detached house.- The house is large. There were 5 of us and we did not use all the bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms are very practical.- The front door unlocks with a code, which is modern and practical (no need to carry keys around or risk losing them), especially with children who can quickly slam the door and forget the keys inside. However, I hope that the code is renewed for each new tenant, otherwise it could be a security problem, because the additional key for the top deadbolt did not work (it did not fit in the lock, so we never used the second lock). - The reversible ventilation system is efficient (cools or heats very quickly, depending on the temperature). There is a damp and musty smell but I think it's normal for Floridian people, it's the same smell in hotels so I think it comes from the ventilation system.- The house is well located (near shops by car) and far enough from the main roads not to be bothered by the noise of cars.- In terms of improvement, please repair some blinds, living room and kitchen in particular. Some slats are missing and the others are fragile. And the vis-Ă -vis exists on the ground floor.
