This condo is being completely refurbished with new kitchen and wooden flooring throughout.
Fantastic place for a large family or group vacation in Orlando! near all the attractions.
Would suit the extended family with 2 double bedrooms for 2 Moms and Dads. The condo is easily accessible so would suit Grandparents too! Would also suit small groups of golfers!
5 miles from Disney World. Literally 10 minutes from anywhere - Disney, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Celebration, Sea World, Discovery Cove & Universal Studios.
The condo is situated in a gated resort community with free parking.

The property has amenities include a tropical style swimming pool with fountains, a further swimming pool (both with sun loungers), a clubhouse with games room, a cafe, a bar, a gym and fitness center, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball court, golf driving practice net and children's play area. It is a very convenient location near enough the theme parks to come back for lunch and return to the theme parks later for the firework displays. Our condo has a view of the playground and lake from the screened balcony, and has all the comforts of your own home. This is a great location just off the W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (192) and is close to shopping and restaurants, outlet center and convenient for golf, lakes, nature reserves and fishing.

Visit Discovery Cove and swim with the dolphins. You could play golf nearby. There is a wide choice of golf courses, including a Nick Faldo course or visit nature reserves.

Another must is to visit Busch Gardens at Tampa Bay - an hour drive.

Swim, play tennis, volleyball or basketball at Legacy Dunes itself. There is also a barbeque area and golf driving practice net.

Walk and relax by the lake. Go to the gym or the clubhouse and games room.

This is a great location for a family holiday, with easy access to Florida's big attractions - Disney World, Busch Gardens,Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. There are also the water parks Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon.

There are also rides through the Florida Everglades and plenty of children-friendly activities to keep everyone happy. The area has some excellent beaches, amongst them Clearwater Beach on the Gulf coast and Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic
coast.

Approximately 69 miles to the east you will find the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral.

Excellent Home Away From Home

The property is exactly as pictured and all of the information in the listing is extremely accurate. The owner Mary was fantastic, very responsive, provides a ton of local information and really made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area. We will be back.

Beautiful clean condo, great location

So much better than staying in a hotel. Condo was immaculate, with all the comforts of home. Pool was right outside the back door and the kids loved it. Very close to all the stores and about 15 to 20 minute drive to Disney. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker, toaster, pans, dishes etc which saved us from having to eat out all the time. Beds were very comfortable, WiFi and cable was provided. Communication on the rental was exceptional and I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Kissimmee or Orlando area.

great condo in a great complex

we are snowbirds from Maine and just spent 2 months ( January and February) in this lovely condo. It was totally redone last year and the finishes are high end and the condo was really clean . We love the location in the complex.. there is an unheated pool with a large deck area surrounding the pool. Really a nice place to catch some sun and quietly read a book. The main pool at the clubhouse is heated and has an entrance to the water like a beach..called zero entry. Great pool for families with small children. The condo has excellent storage with large closets in each bedroom as well as a large pantry in the kitchen area. New appliances were installed during the reno last year. There were enough dishes for 12 as well as a selection of cooking pots and pans. The owner is easy to work with and so is the contact on the property. We are so pleased with the condo that we have already booked for 2018.

Impressive!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Legacy Dunes. Really appreciated that there is no waiting in line to check in, which means you can immediately begin engaging in activities. Upon inspection of the unit we were quite pleased. Everything seem to be just as described on website, that is clean, tidy and plenty of space. Having stayed at other resorts along 192 the location was very favorable with many familiar restaurants nearby, as well as Walmart and easy access to Disney World. For improvement, you might consider having TV's in all bedrooms. I did notice there was no dustpan in our unit which may be just an oversight, since we did our own daily cleaning. My biggest complaint were the tenants in the unit above ours. About 7 am every morning and at intervals throughout the day, it sounded as though a track meet was being held in their unit. Of course this was very aggravating to my wife and my other guests especially early in the morning. This is the only thing that prevented me giving Legacy Dunes(4.7) five stars. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again! J. Turner
