Lots of space, equipped with everything that we could possible need during our stay and was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had an issue with the air conditioner that we brought up two different times at the front desk. It didn't get resolved until the day before we checked out and only because they had us leaving a day earlier than we were supposed to. The girl who came to see if we were leaving checked the air conditioner outside and it was not on. She resolved the issue for us. This is our third time here and probably will be our last unfortunately.

The house was beautiful and just enough space for the four of us. The only bad thing about the stay is that the toilet in the main bedroom was broken and when I called about it, they sent someone over to try to fix it and they attempted to say we somehow broke it. The front desk called and said they’d send out a plumber but no one ever came to fix. Other than that everything else was great.

The place was very clean , smelled really good and it had everything we needed and the Tub was a plus. Had a small issue with the Margarita blender , but they replaced it right away . We have recommended all our friends and family to stay at this place next time they come to Orlando.

We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of walking at Disney. The location is great - very close to the theme parks and also very close to great restaurants nearby. It wasn't terrible, but I did feel it could be a tad cleaner. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest and also my white socks were dirty from walking on the floors. Not sure how often they do the floors. But besides that, kitchen was clean and appliances were new and nice. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed for my birthday with the girls. We stayed for 2 nights and it was my first time at the cottages. The house was beautiful and just enough space for the four of us. The only bad thing about the stay is that the toilet in the main bedroom was broken and when I called about it, they sent someone over to try to fix it and they attempted to say we somehow broke it. The front desk called and said they’d send out a plumber but no one ever came to fix. Other than that everything else was great.

Very Cute Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. Management was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of walking at Disney. The location is great - very close to the theme parks and also very close to great restaurants nearby. It wasn't terrible, but I did feel it could be a tad cleaner. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest and also my white socks were dirty from walking on the floors. Not sure how often they do the floors. But besides that, kitchen was clean and appliances were new and nice. I would definitely recommend.

The main hotel was absolutely gorgeous and everyone was so friendly!!! They maintained social distancing without making it difficult... love love love this place!
