Renovated Condo Lake Eola View Great Location

It overlooks historic Lake Eola. You have all that Thornton Park has to offer at your fingertips. From fine dining, nightlife, the DR. Philips Center and much more.

Owner lives in another unit on property.
It is in a downtown city area so please be aware that comes with city life including noise.

Parking: There is 1 designated spot
Please be respectful owner lives on property in another condo.
Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.

This is a hidden gem in Thornton Park. It has a 50" flat screen tv, queen size bed, small table with 2 chairs, couch and love seat.

Publix & convenient stores are around the corner. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.

The host was great. Very responsive. The condo was perfect for our needs and in an awesome location to walk around downtown. As noted, there is street noise, but it’s the city so to be expected. We stayed here for a week and it was a great home base. Our only issues were the bed was very firm and we prefer memory foam topper, if not memory foam mattress. The couch was beautiful but not very comfortable to sit on. We were given 2 towels and 2 washcloths. It would have been nice to have a couple more of each. Also, no usb ports in the home so be sure to bring a few plugs for your devices.

We had a wonderful time! Plenty of space for two people. The condo is located in great area of the city, walking distance from everywhere we needed to go. The space was overall pretty clean. The floors could have been a little cleaner. We also had some issues trying to watch YouTube TV in the bedroom. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. The host responded fast and had great communication.

A nice little secluded car lot with apartments very close. Condo was very clean. My favorite part was the living room window view of eola park, sat & ate breakfast while enjoying the views! highly recommended i will be staying here again next year for the OUC half marathon like this time!
