But it doesn't end there, 4 more king size rooms have been designed for the adults too! This house is loaded with a large heatable pool and hot tub, covered lanai with outdoor kitchen and dining, large theater, a workspace. This house is stocked with all the necessities from a Keurig K-Elite, K cups, Ninja blender, to paper towels and bathroom supplies.

This spacious house will allow the whole family and friends to enjoy time together and still allow for the privacy and individual space you need. Our 7 bedroom 6 bath house accommodates up to 19 people including 3 infants/toddlers and comes with all the supplies you might need.

In the interest of transparency, please note that the thermostat has a lower limit of 70 degrees. This is required by our HVAC service tech and is designed to both prevent automatic shutdowns of the AC (due to tripping the condensation safety) as well as prevents costly damage to the unit (due to freezing). This limit is common in this area, but we understand if it’s a concern for you. We encourage you to search and ask around for lodging with lower limits, though to our knowledge other vacation homes have the same or higher limits. This house is my family’s primary residence and we’re excited to welcome you into our home! You’ll find that it is professionally cleaned and has fresh linens and towels just as you would expect. Our personal belongings have been put away and you will find that some closets have been locked off to hold those non-valuable items. We thank you in advance for the overall care you show our home and also for not tampering with these closed off spaces as they are not included in the rental and it is against Florida law to tamper with these locked off spaces.

3. Charging of EVs requires prior permission and is not included in the rental rate but is charged separately. We know that it can be quite helpful and desirable to be able to charge at the house so please give us shout for more details if you’re interested!
