The hotel rooms were nice and clean. Pool area was clean, big enough for adults to swim and the kids to play. The only problem was there’s no shuttle to and from airport.

Check in was terrible because a big bus arrived and they only had 2 people helping with check in. They gave me a room on the second floor and the building didn't have an elevator; therefore, I had to take everything up thru the stairs. I was able to change later to a room on the first floor but they were questioning me because they said I didn't put special requirements when I made the reservation. So make sure if for any reason you cannot go thru stairs every day, to say you need an elevator. The room smelled really bad, the bathtub had black stains and there was a small cockroach walking inside the drawers. The pool was clean and good tho. I do not recommend it!

If you're on a buget, Rosen is the way to go. The staff is very nice and helpful and made the stay pain free. Not to mention the rooms were nice and clean. This will be my go to hotel every time i visit. 10/10 for me!

Excellent stay

Returned to this hotel for the second time. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, you get what you pay for and we were more than happy with our nightly rate. House keeping came every day, cleaned and replenished towels. Had an issue with our first room and reception were very quick to accommodate a move to an alternative room. Pool area is tidy, towels available and plenty of sun beds for everyone - no need to be up at 7am to get the best beds. Great location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Didnt eat on site so cant comment but restaurant always looked busy when we passed. Will definitely return, thank you Rosen Inn for another great stay!
