We had a one night stay for the parks the next day and it was a simple check in and check out. They made sure to bring plenty of toiletries for the room and extra bedding all in a timely manner. Was very pleased with our stay. Will stay again

We stayed at this property 2 yrs ago and so I figured we'd come back....wish we hadn't. Our door wouldnt open or close without us struggling with it, the hair dryer handle got too hot to hold while drying my hair, we saw 2 roaches in the room, refrigerator wouldnt get cold, room smelled like mildew, carpet was sticky and lumpy, microwave didnt work and we had to take out our own trash on our 3rd day here. We will not ne staying again.

We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with the process. However, on the first night, we stayed in a room facing the highway and had trouble resting due to the noise from traffic. The next day, we requested to change to a room facing the parking lot, and they kindly accommodated our request. We only needed to store our luggage during the day, and when we returned in the evening, the new room key was ready. A couple of days later, I realized I had left my earphones in the original room, and the staff had kept them safely for me. Their service was excellent, and I highly recommend this location. Although the hotel provides a shuttle to Disney, the departure was relatively late and the return quite early, so we ended up not using it. Taking a lyft or uber cost around $12 each way. The lobby includes a convenience store and offers paid breakfast options. The shuttle to Universal Studios departs earlier and was the only transportation we actually used. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price, especially considering how much more expensive the on-site resort hotels are.
