I have stayed at the property since 2017 when coming to Orlando. Since last years stay the property doesn't seem as clean. I reserved 2 rooms this trip. The first room had ants and after complaining 2 times. Moved to a different room only to find cockroaches in the bathroom of the other room on the day of checkout. Will not be staying here again

Stay away hidden charges

We have stayed here many times, it’s always been our go to however this time apparently they now have a hidden parking charge if $10 per day. I booked the room before this new ridiculous charge came about and yet was still forced to pay. It was NO where on my reservation confirmation of a parking charge.Very rude about it as well. Will never stay here again.

Great Hotel

Great hotel. Dated but so clean and well kept. Near every restaurant on IDrive and Universal and walkable to many restaurants and shops and experiences. Just be forewarned traffic and crowds can be bad by Icon Park and on I Drive. Don’t drive there on Saturday night. The room was spacious, the pool was large and so clean and the gym equipment was well kept. We’d stay here again.

The property is well kept, clean and comfortable. Shuttles to Universal were convenient and Uber from park after hours was quick. Breakfast buffet is good, fruits, yogurt cereal eggs bacon hash brown waffle stations etc, would be pricey for multiple days though. Pool area is nice. Short walk to several restaurants and shops. Beds are fairly comfortable. There is a little noise from traffic/highway but after a long busy day it didn’t matter too much.

Consistent, Great Stays

Nothing beats the price and deep pool. Any hotel, 5ft deep pool so you're essentially dipping your entire body in water. 9ft deep with goggles enhances the experience of deep swimming, meaningful propulsion and fun exploration under water. Hope someday, they manage to install a jacuzzi somewhere.
