Muy mal servicio de parte de la gente del hotel y expedía también. Primero que nada expedia me vendió una habitación inexistente por que esta en construcción, llegue al hotel a hacer Chek-In y no estaba mi habitación que por que me cancelaron la reservación apesar de que yo la pague por completo y al final me dieron una de menor calidad alegando que mañana me la daban y por si fuera poco me dijeron que me estaban haciendo un favor, debido a la hora acepte. Al día siguiente reclamo el cambio de habitación y me dice que ya no me pueden cambiar por que no tenían, despues de ir y venir al punto de tener que amenazar con denunciar con la policía me cambiaron de habitación pero no ala que yo reserve por que como comenté antes estaban en reparación, después de eso me bloqueaban las tarjetas de acceso todos los dias e iba a reclamar al lobby y siempre me cobraban taxas extras cuando me desbloqueaban, y una de la personas de la recepción me comento que esas habitaciones solo eran para socios y que no entendia como me la reservaron a mi. Por otro lado El equipo de limpieza estaban todos los días gritando afuera de las habitaciones y llegaban muy temprano casi tumbando la puerta para hacer la limpieza de la habitación. Asi como esos detalles fueron muchos PERO AL FINAL Y LO PEOR FUE EL DIA ÚLTIMO DIA FUERON A MI HABITACIÓN UN HOMBRE SEGUN DE LIMPIEZA TOCO LA PUERTA COMO VECES Y ME EMPEZÓ A GRITAR QUE ME SALIERA DEL CTO POR QUE YA TENIA QUE HACER EL CHECK OUT YA. Pésimo servicio.
