The condo was as described just different from the pictures. It was very large, clean and comfortable. The communication through the resort was very efficient. We had trouble connecting to the WiFi and therefore could not use our baby monitor. The resort got very full towards the end of our stay and we heard a lot of noise from the people around us and outside. Overall it was a nice place to stay with great amenities for kids.

I had to cancel our trip within the 7-day period due to bad weather in my home state that prevented us from traveling. I requested to re-book on a future date. I did not purchase insurance however I was not just cancelling but re-booking. The host Jake would not work with me to apply my booking fees to the future date, so I was out the full . I understand the policy, but this was not just a full cancellation, but a reschedule. Some understanding of the unexpected situation would have been expected.

Weekend getaway

Great weekend getaway with the family. We enjoyed the on-site waterpark and the kiddos loved the splash pad. Room was spacious enough where we could all have our own little areas to relax and sneak away for a much needed nap with little ones in tow.
