Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

Located in the heart of Kissimmee, Sonoma Resort offers a peaceful retreat just minutes from the excitement:

10 minutes → Disney World
20 minutes → Universal Studios

5 minutes → Shopping, dining, grocery stores, and Walmart
25 minutes → Orlando International Airport

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car. Free parking is provided on the property. Uber and Lyft services are also readily available in this area 24/7.

Amenities at the property
• Linens and bathroom towels
- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage
• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel
- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay
- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount
In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.

Video Cameras: There are security cameras placed outside of the property, one is the doorbell camera facing the driveway. The camera is battery-operated and the motion sensor is activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without a refund.
