Accomodation comprises:
BEDROOM 1 (MASTER) - with king-size bed, remote Cable 32` plasma TV/DVD and pool view. Suite bathroom has shower with tub
BEDROOM 2 (MASTER) - with two full beds , remote Cable 32` LCD TV/DVD. The suite bathroom has shower with tub
BEDROOM 3 & 4 - each bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed, mickey and princess decor.
HOUSE BATHROOM - is located between Bedrooms 3 & 4 and has a bath with shower and tub
LIVING AREA - Beautiful big sofa, 42` plasma TV/DVD
The Dining area comprises of dining table with 8 chairs & KIDS TABLE - dinning table with 2 small chairs
KITCHEN - Electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer
microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockery and cutlery.
UTILITY ROOM - washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
POOL AREA
Patio furniture table with 6 chairs, 2 reclining chairs with footstools and additional table

The private pool heater is Not included with the stay. There is a separate fee of $25 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and it`s required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. Must be requested with 24-hour advance notice. Pool heating takes some time to warm, so we will be turning the pool heater on a day in advance. If you request the pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee the water to be warm. The pool heat won`t be turning the pool into a hot tub but will keep the water warm and usable. The pool heating fee is non-refundable.

- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. (unless approved by owner)
- No high volume music inside or outside, this is out of respect for the other residents and Neighbors
- Quiet time after 11 PM (this is a family community)
- No outdoor shoes allowed in the house.
- Absolutely no smoking in the house.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- Ensure that dishes are washed and put away before checking out.
- Garbage and Recycling to be bagged and left in garage.
- Only toilet paper down the toilet.
- Please leave the place as you found it
- Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Donât forget to close all windows and lock all doors.
- Any evidence of damage or excessive cleaning will result in a claim for costs to clean, repair or replace damage that occurred during your stay
- No glass around the pool
- Please ensure dry feet and shoes when entering back in the house from the pool
