I loved the property as far as the aesthetics, but you can hear the upstairs neighbors really badly. Other than that, I loved that they offer shuttle services, the property was super clean, and the water parks were EVERYTHING!!!! 😍

Beautiful condo where the whole family could enjoy time together! Staff is amazing, spotless and clean accommodations and area. Could use more unit specific parking but we made due just fine. The staff made sure I had birthday surprises awaiting my stay! We also loved the water parks- perfect part of the package. Will stay here again!

The hotel is new and the unit is great but , there is no parking near the unit you will have to walk , and the ac they refused to unlock it in order for it to go under 70 while it’s 100 degrees outside.

This was not how it was advertised. The pictures are very deceptive. There is no where to park as we had to park a long ways away from our townhouse at night. We smelled marijuana constantly. The patio furniture was green and dirty. The buildings need to be pressure washed. Piles of trash were sitting by our unit when we arrived and never moved even after we checked out. The front desk help was not there when we checked out as we had to leave early to get to another destination.
