My family and I have stayed at this hotel a few times and each time we have a wonderful stay. The room is nice and cozy, the staff are nice and friendly, the location is perfect for us as it is near the parks, many shops near by, Starbucks on site, delicious breakfast buffet included, lovely pools and the prics are always great. Recommended to everyone visiting Orlando or Disney!

Great location for Disney. Parking not too expensive and plenty of spaces. Shuttle to Disney isn’t that great. Only one time and 18 spaces, booking only opens up 24 hours prior, 10 mins later it’s full. But uber is cheap from there. Good location, plenty of dining options over the road. Breakfast was fine. Good big pool. Bed made, bins emptied & Towels changed every other day. Microwave in room along with good sized fridge. Nice to have a sofa too. Room needs a good deep clean. Mattress & bed not that comfy either but the hotel wasn’t expensive so for what we paid it did the job. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean, and the pool area was great to spend time at. It's also right in the middle of Disney so it made access to the parks extremely easy!

Staff was very friendly. Room wasn’t super clean. There was stuff on the floor from previous visitors (paper receipt, candy, quarter) and there was a large stain on the bottom sheet on one of the beds. The sink in the bathroom kept gurgling off and on all night also.

They didn’t inform us about parking fees at front desk. Room couches had stains. Room water pressure wasn’t great/ 2.5/5 for me.
