- the automatic blinds were broken (we needed Maintenance to come and fix them before we could go to slee). - the lightbulb was out in the walk in closet - the pillows were horrible. We had to go to Target and grab a few cheap ones to get us thru our trip. - in order to get coffee in the morning, I had to walk outside thru a corridor and it was usually old coffee - we had to call daily and ask for housekeeping to either bring us towels. - we stayed for 4 nights and our beds were never made ONCE by housekeeping (we were told we would get a refresher) but they never came. - we had to call the front desk 3/4 days to get fresh towels. - we emptied our own garbage in the evening & left it in the hallway (since we didn’t have housekeeping) and it was still outside in the hallway in the morning. - I went to target and got my own disinfectant wipes to clean our bathroom (since housekeeping never came) - you have to PAY for parking (I didn’t know that when I booked).

The property is in a good location. My only complaint is the free shuttle does not run enough times and fills up too fast to get a spot. Each time we tried to reserve a spot there were no spots available. We had to use Uber for all of our trips so it was an added unexpected cost.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay – We Will Be Back! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and made our trip so easy. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The included breakfast was honestly the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. There were so many fresh and delicious options, and it made mornings stress-free and enjoyable. Little special shoutouts for the Mickey pancake machine and the resin tables made out of wood chips! Super cute!! The only very minor issue we noticed was a few tiny bathroom ants, but it didn’t impact our stay, it can happen anywhere and everything else was excellent. Overall, we were extremely impressed and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Orlando. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, the staff was exceptional especially the kitchen and dining staff. We had one gentleman named Alexi that was so kind and attentive even though he doesn’t speak English. He sang Happy Birthday, in Spanish to me and brought over a special birthday waffle.
