This is a luxury villa, located only 3 miles from the Disney complex. Located on a conservation area, you don't have to worry about being overlooked in the pool area.
Indian Creek is a very tranquil location with many conveniences located within a mile from the home. We offer shorter stays of two nights up to seven nights. If you are looking at a longer stay, please contact us and we can see if it can be arranged. There is a playground area for the younger children, a basketball court, tennis courts and soccer field.
The home has just been completely refurbished. It has all new furnishings, including everything you will need in the kitchen if you want to cook. All the linens in the bathroom are furnished as well as pool towels.
The villa was furnished with everything to exceed your expectations and make your stay a memorable one where you will want to return on your next vacation.
This is a great place to return to after your have spent the day at one of the numerous theme parks in the area. You can swim or just relax in the heated spa to take away the cares of the day. You can dine al fresco on the covered lanai area that features a large dining table or you can sunbath in one of the lounge chairs that is on the pool deck.
The very large living room area has three full size sofas so there is plenty of sitting space for everyone. It has a large 52 inch LCD television with a Blu-ray disc player. There is a large supply of DVD's for you to choose from to entertain you while you may be at the home. There is a computer with printer available for you to use so you can print your boarding passes before leaving to go to the airport to catch your flight.Also there is a slider door leading out onto the pool deck area. The living rooms and dining area has a new tile floor with area rugs.
The main master bedroom feature a king size bed with a luxury mattress for your sleeping comfort. There is a 32 inch LCD television in the bedroom if you want to watch in the privacy of your bedroom. The master ensuite features a large walk in shower, garden tub, double sinks and walkin closet. There is also a door to the pool deck for easy access to the pool.
The second master also features a king size bed, 32 inch LCD television, access to the pool deck and a private bathroom. It features a tub/shower combination and single sink with a vanity.
The third bedroom features a queen size bed, 32 inch television and a bathroom adjoining but it is not an ensuite. This bedroom is decorated with a Hawaiian theme to bring the taste of the owners that live in Hawaii.
One of the twin bedrooms has two twin beds and is decorated for girls with a Snow White theme. There is a large picture of Snow White on the walls and the room is decorated with 2 Disney dresses that are for decoration only. It has a 24 inch LCD television and shares a bathroom with the other twin bedroom.
The second twin bedroom is decorated for the boys. It is colored with blue decorations and also has a 24 inch LCD television.
The kitchen is completely furnished with an ample supply of dishes, cooking utensils, silverware and also has plastic dishes and glasses for you to take onto the pool deck, since glass dishes are prohibited on the pool deck. It has a coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender and all the smaller utensils. There is a table and chairs in the breakfast nook for a quick meal.
The dining room has a large table with chairs for your more formal dining if you enjoy that while on your vacation.
For stay at home days out of the sun, the home has a carpeted game room. It has a pool table and air hockey table. There is also a table and chairs and sofa to relax while playing in the game room.
There is a laundy room with a washer and dryer for you to use while you are visiting so you do not have to bring as many clothes with you and you can also keep your towels laundered. It also has an iron and ironing board.
If you have very small children we do supply a port-a-crib, high chair and stroller.
The home does abide by Florida laws and has a pool fence for the safety of children. It is also furnished with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety.
For the avid golfers, there are numerous golf courses very close to the home. There are Championship golf courses with a few minutes drive from the villa. Champions Gate, Orange Lake, Mystic Dunes, The Legends, Highland Reserve is just a few of the ones located close by.
Within 5 minutes drive, you can find a lot of resturants. Just to name a few there is Outback, Red Lobster, Joe's Crab Shack, Longhorn, Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse, Orlando Ale House, Applebees, Bahama Breeze, Carrabas, Golden Corral.
For your grocery shopping, there is a Super Walmart located about 5 miles west of the home on US 27. There is also Publix supermarket which is a good place to grocery shop.
There is a property management team in the area every day in case you need them. There is a 24 hour a day emergency number for real emergencies to give you a peace of mind. Any problems are handled very quickly so that you have a great vacation.
